+ Emplacement et bel hôtel. − Petit déjeuner bon mais pas trop de choix et restreint car il faut se rendre dans une bakery de grande qualité ouverte à tous à côté . Piscine intérieure pas utilisé pas d'intérêt.

Great staff and excellent value! + The staff at the door were super nice and caring. The beds were comfy, and I enjoyed the free purified water on tap. Would definitely stay with them again, as it was a great value. − The colors and vibe are not for everyone, but I thought it was trendy.

+ Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, cozy and very well designed, with great attention to detail. The staff were friendly, and the small gym and pool were a nice addition. − The main disappointment was breakfast. There were only three options, the portions were small, and for the price it felt quite poor. We were still hungry afterwards. Another issue was privacy. Our only window was directly facing another room very close by, so we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time. There was also a constant mechanical noise, probably from the air conditioning or ventilation, which was noticeable both during the day and at night. Apart from these issues, it was a pleasant stay and we liked the hotel.

Nicht so überzeugend. + Gute Lage, sehr netter Mann an der Tür. − Aussicht aus dem Zimmer sehr schlecht, Schimmel und Kanalgeruch in der Dusche, Frühstück in der Bäckerei nebenan recht klein. Wir hatten aufgrund eines verpassten Anschlusses zwei Tage früher Bescheid gegeben und um Änderung angefragt, war nicht möglich, also hatten wir eine Nacht ohne Nutzung bezahlt; wir haben nachgefragt, ob wir als Kompensation etwas bekommen könnten - Late CheckOut war das Angebot. Dies war aber sowieso schon in unserem Paket eingerechnet. Der Rezeptionist tat aber so, also würde er uns hier etwas ganz Großartiges anbieten. Wir fanden das doch etwas dreist. Ingesamt leider das Hotel, mit dem wir am wenigsten zufrieden waren auf unserer Malaysiareise.
