Value for money but cleanliness needs to be improved. + The space allocated for a studio unit is more than enough, it has a spacious living room, kitchen and bedroom. − The cleanliness if disappointing especially you can see living cockroaches around. Also the check-in counter has limited working hours (Somewhere between 9am to 10pm I guess), checking out early morning will require another trip later that day to collect back deposit.
