Nice staff and service but won’t come back. + Lovely staff! Absolutely fantastic service! − Beach pictures are a total scam. Its two meters high concrete wall and followed by long distances of low tide mud. You can’t walk on the neighbors property any direction cause its flooded with fish nets, bottles, broken glass and garbage. We also had a serious sewage smell in the room and one day when showering the water flooded sewage out of all drains and shower floor. We told the manager and they fixed the plumbing and cleaned the room. But the smell stayed in the drains. There was also 3 electrical black outs while we were there. The sunbeds are totally dirty around the pool Food in restaurant was overpriced and wasn’t good at all. We had to order grab dinner many times cause there is nothing else close by. The roads around the hotel is also flooded with garbage. Inside hotel it’s clean but a meter out and you see garbage. They should clean also around the property. Overall lowest …

منتجع هادئ بموظفين رائعين، لكن الإفطار غير متنوع، والشاطئ خيب توقعاتي. + المنتجع هادئ والغرف مريحة، وتعامل الموظفين كان رائعًا جدًا، كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين طوال فترة الإقامة. − الإفطار غير متنوع ويحتاج إلى خيارات أكثر. كما أن الشاطئ لا يكون جميلًا خلال فترة الجزر في الصباح، لذلك لم يكن مناسبًا للسباحة أو الاستمتاع بالمنظر في ذلك الوقت.

Tranquil location with amazing facilities and great staff + It was so beautiful and serene. The staff were so friendly and when you’re in the house with your pool it’s like no one else is there. The main pool is massive with loads of space and a nice breeze − The food was overall good but could be a bit better/ more consistent

2nd visit - perfect as always! + This is our second visit, and it’s excellent as the first time. Got everything you need here, massive deep pool, sauna both warm and cold dip, and the best of all the gym! I don’t think we’ll go anywhere else when we come go back to Samui again. The staff are lovely as always and the place is very clean and beautiful and peaceful. Thanks, will be back for our 3rd visit next time! − Nothing!

+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Two unforgettable weeks in our little paradise ❤️🌴 After spending two wonderful weeks at Tolani Resort Koh Samui, leaving honestly felt a little bit like saying goodbye to a second home. From the very first day, we felt incredibly welcome and cared for. Tolani is not just a beautiful resort – it has a very special atmosphere. Peaceful, intimate, surrounded by tropical nature and far away from the feeling of a large, anonymous hotel. Our room and the entire resort were always exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, and there is this wonderful sense of calm that makes you slow down and simply enjoy being there. But what made these two weeks truly special were the people. A huge thank you to Koko and Jack from the service team. You were both so warm, attentive and genuinely kind and made us feel welcome every single day. Ich würde hier nicht wieder buchen. Wir waren in sehr vielen Hotels in Thailand das war NIX + Frühstück nichts besonderes. Die Mittarbeiter waren alle nett und gaben ihr bestes. Strand nicht zum Schwimmen auch nichts in der Nähe. − Habe ein schlechteres Zimmer bekommen. Kein Safe vorhanden. Mehrfach Probleme mit dem Wasser. Abends kam eine braune Brühe aus allen Wasserhähnen. Täglich wurde das Wasser des Pools weniger nach Anfrage wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Wasser wurde abgedreht ohne Vorwarnung. Beim abendlichen Barbecue wurde das ausgewählte Fleisch an andere Gäste ausgegeben nachdem wir eine dreiviertel Stunde warten durften bis es durch war. Die Speisen im Restaurant schmeckten nicht besonders. Sind mit dem Fahrrad zum 7Eleven gefahren daneben ein sehr gutes Thai-Restaurant zu normalen Preisen.

It’s a 3-star masquerading as a 5-star… + The amount of space you get for your money is good. The cost/performance in terms of space and the private pool is amazing. But in the end, it’s probably not worth it considering the cons. − Room * Just not well thought out. Huge mosquito problem and the doors to the villas don’t seal at all. You WON’T sleep. * Generally poor design - things like no easily accessible power points and no power points near the bed. * Internet router mounted behind the bedhead, flashing lights all night, etc. * Toilet with no door and not even a proper dividing wall. If you come with a partner, be prepared to watch each other poop. The water here isn’t drinkable either, so if you make that mistake, be prepared to REALLY watch each other poop. * Shower is poorly designed as well. Water just sprays around the villa. Moisture in the same space as the bed, etc. * Rain shower head clogged with mineral buildup. * Poor maintenance - taps falling off the shower wa…

Prachtig resort + Bungalow met privézwembad was geweldig. Fijne zonnebedden, veel schaduw. Grandioze bedden ongekend comfortabel. Mooie, schone ruimte, goede indeling. Gebied met zwembad, welness en douches. De finishing touch ontbreekt links en rechts wel maar over het algemeen enorm genoten. − Er was één vrouwelijke receptioniste die ronduit onbeschoft was. Dit zou het visitekaartje moeten zijn bij ontvangst. Helaas was haar gedrag dusdanig negatief dat het ons een rotgevoel gaf. Van een strand moet je niets verwachten. Dat is er niet. Geen ligstoelen, geen zwemmogelijkheden.
