Guter Ausgangspunkt auf Phuket + Sehr schöne, wenn auch einfach ausgestattete Villa mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool war das absolute Highlight und wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. − Leider waren in einem der Schlafzimmer die Fliesen am Boden lose und sind beim Betreten immer mehr beschädigt worden, sodass sich sogar Scherben am Boden lagen. Leider sind wir mehrfach reingetreten und haben uns verletzt. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurden einfach kleine Teppiche über die Stellen gelegt, was leider nicht geholfen hat. Darüber waren wir enttäuscht.

+ Lovely large villas. Very quiet estate so nice to rest at night. Also fairly close to the beach and water activities. There is also long boat or speed boat hire nearby. Staff is lovely and friendly and will try to sort out anything possible. Ps: Pictures are from the Onyx Villas (correct villa we had booked) − The first day we got there, they gave us a different unit than booked and we could only access the next day. The resort paid for a breakfast for us the next morning due to their mistake.

Loistokohde pariskunnille − Viestintä majoitusajankohdan muuttamiseksi yhdellä päivällä oli lähes toivotonta, vaikka Booking.com oli apuna. Muutem kaikki ok ja majoitus erinomainen.

Zu teuer + Wir hatten eine Pool Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Wobei das zweit Schlafzimmer ehr einer Abstellkammer einen vorkam. Es gab eine kleine Küche und zwei Badezimmer. Es war sehr ruhig und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Leider schlechte Lage es gibt in der Nähe nichts man braucht einen Roller 😎, das aber das Hotel leider zu hochpteisig vermietet − Was mich sehr verärgert hat, das bei den teuren Preis was wir für das Zimmer /Willa zahlten die reinigungskrafte zwdi Tage lang keine neuen Toilettenpapier ersetzte und wir da dringend darauf hinweisen mussten. Den Tag darauf waren keine duschhanttucher groß und kleine da. Hat mich sehr verärgert. Sowas bekommt man schon bei einem 2 Sternen resort ohne Aufforderung. Und das Frühstück ist der Preis dafür nicht gerechtfertigt. AUCH versteht das Personal sehr schlecht oder gar nicht englisch so ist die Verständigung sehr schwierig. Wir würden diese Geld nicht mehr ausgeben und würden es auch nicht mehr buchen

文句は無い。 + 部屋がとても広かった。 whatsappで細かい対応をしてくれた。 − チェックインで15000相当のデポジットを取られた。チェックアウトで返されたが、滞在中のための換金だったため、とても困った。事前に連絡して欲しかった。これが最悪な点。 サービスは悪くはなかったけど、コスパは良いとは言えなかった。

Villa exceptionnelle + Personnel exceptionnel. Super efficace. Vous contacte la veille afin de préparer le déjeuner du lendemain systématiquement. On s y sent super à l’aise Villa dans une résidence super calme et avec un garde à l entrée. Tout est toujours propre. La piscine est assez grande et n’a strictement aucun vis à vis, donc idéal pour les personnes qui souhaitent nager librement − Tout était parfait

ينفع للاسترخاء + ترتيب المكان الشاليه 3 غرف − لايوجد اضائه تكفي في المكان والحشرات فيه كثيره جدا الناموس والوزغ والفراشات لايوجد شاطئ قريب للفندق الفلاتر لا تعمل بشكل مستمر للمسبح وعمق المسبح بشكل مخيف للاطفال
