It felt like their main priority was finding ways to charge hotel guests additional fees. We booked a room that included breakfast, advertised as a buffet. However, there was no proper breakfast buffet at all. The only options were toast and eggs, which had to be requested from the kitchen through a small kitchen window. The room was not properly cleaned either. It seemed like the room had only been given a quick tidy-up, as there were still visible traces of dirt and residue in the bathroom from the previous day. + Room it was clean − first of all all the room that locate in front of street they are not isolated sound so they need to fix that second thing for the extra gust will charge u 1000 bat third thing we did check out early due to emergency medical issue so they didn’t refund any thing for remain days
