Great Family Stay , Amazing staff great location and super vibe... + Our Stay at Andaman Cannacia was truly amazing. Great vibes amazing staff and super location makes it a wonderful place to spend family time. Front desk staff needs to be given full credit for the warmth they share from checkin to checkout .... Mohit, May and rest of the team thank you. Rooms are well maintained and food is good. Location is good for family fun stay. All in all a wonderful Christmas holiday in phuket.

Excellent Stay at Andaman Cannacia Resort + We had a wonderful stay at the Andaman Cannacia Resort in Kata Beach. The hotel is beautifully clean, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic every morning, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. Our room was big, spacious, and spotless, cleaned daily by a lovely room maid named Rai, who always greeted us with a smile. The pools were also very clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing throughout the day. All the staff were friendly, polite, and always smiling, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. The location, although up on a hill, was absolutely perfect for us — the views were amazing and worth the short walk. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily return. A wonderful place to stay in Kata Beach!

Unfortunately, the holiday began on a negative note. After 16 hours of travel, we arrived at 9:00am Thai time and were immediately asked to provide a 3,000 Baht deposit, followed by the unexpected news that breakfast was not included. We were charged 1,650 Baht (approximately £39) for two adults and one child. While we would not have objected to paying for breakfast, the quality was poor; the poached eggs were cold and the overall offering was lacklustre. Christmas Sunshine + We stayed here for 10 nights over Christmas and had a really good time , apart from when it was time leave which was a total disaster. We had Room 216, which had a big balcony and a nice pool view. Our room was looked after by Rai who done great job each day. Breakfast had plenty of choice. There were plenty of loungers and you could get a lounger at any time of day. The hotel is on a really steep hill, but the hotel runs a shuttle service to the beach and into the town. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Now to our departure, our transfer back to the airport was due at 6.20, but never showed up. So at about 6.40 we asked the boy’s at Guest Relations to phone us a taxi, which they both refused to do, eventually at 7.10 they decided to phone us a taxi. The two of them treated us like a big joke. So to say it wasn’t a great way to finish off our holiday is an understatement. We only just made our flight. First trip to Thailand + Hotel was really beautiful the pool area was amazing and so much space. The views of the beach were incredible. We used the spa a few times and the massages were so relaxing and great value for money. The hotel is on a hill but there’s regular shuttles to the beach and restaurant area. We ate in the hotel a few times and the food was really good. The staff are so helpful and friendly and they can’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend and come back again

Will be back! + Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 10 nights. It was our first time in Thailand. This hotel is absolutely stunning and staff are so friendly. The hotel is on a hill but was not a problem for us. There is a 7/11 at the bottom of hill. Hotel has shuttle to the beach from morning to night. Me and my partner were unwell a few days in I rang the front desk and the staff came to check on us and phoned a doctor for us they were amazing. We will be back thank you for a beautiful experience!

Excellent service, modern rooms and breathtaking views! + Please take time to read this review. The resort is located on a hill with spectacular views down upon Kata, the beach and the ocean. The rooms are clean, modern and specious. But what really stands out is the service, which was exceptional. The hotel manager + staff tookt amazing care of us, super friendly and genuine. We are celebrating our honeymoon in Thailand and we got surprised with a free room upgrade to one of their villas which was truly amazing - it felt like we were in a movie. Highly recommend this resort!

Beautiful hotel but pay as you go ! + Title: Beautiful stay and amazing rooms, but be mindful of the billing! We recently stayed at the Andaman Cannacia and had a great experience with the facilities. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located—accessible to the busy areas but very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was lovely, the food was good, and the rooms were amazing. We were even upgraded for the first three nights of our week-long stay! However, I have one piece of advice: pay for what you eat and drink as you go. Don't put it on your room tab. We encountered "complications" at the end of our trip when we were questioned about a restaurant bill. Even though we had a receipt for a card payment, the hotel insisted there was an outstanding charge. We decided to just pay it, thinking it could have been for extra drinks and not wanting to be a pain, but the atmosphere changed instantly. Absolutely perfect + Absolutely stunning hotel with top class workers that go above and beyond to make your stay Absolutely perfect, we stayed for 11 nights and it was out of this world and we will 100% be returning next year and we cant wait i want to give a special shout out to JM the gsa supervisor what a legend of a man he is he cant do enough to help you and makes you feel like family me and the misses were near tears saying goodbye to him I just hope the hotel know what a diamond they have in him. All I can say about this hotel is wow thank you so much for our dream holiday and we cant wait to see you again 👍

First time in Phuket + This is a fantastic hotel with very friendly staff, we were only here for a week but thanks to JM we were given an upgraded room for the last couple of nights that had an amazing sea view and plunge pool. It is a steep hill down to the beach but there is a free shuttle bus, you are able to take a foot path at the back through the garden to avoid walking along the road, but the steps are quite steep. The restaurant staff were really helpful, slight changes to a dish were no problem, and they always confirmed back the order to make sure everything was fully understood, and I'd recommend an omelette for breakfast. No complaints from us, I just hope our second hotel is as good.

A few days later, thanks to staff member Jm. I was given a quieter location for the remainder of my stay. Jm, I Really appreciate your kindness & attentiveness for my health and making the last days At Andaman Cannacia peaceful & restful. The hotel is well staffed, constantly being cleaned, the rooms are generous & well equipped. Plenty to do if you wish, table tennis, water volleyball, jacuzzi, pools, massage, gym, spa bar, special evening events, music and bar. Day time has a chilled atmosphere- it’s lovely . The night time lights adds an another layer to a beautiful ambiance. No lift- lots of stairs & steps. Walking distance to Kata road, daily shuttles to the beach, but honestly we would strongly recommend spending your days at the resort itself!! The location is also convenient. I went down the hill and right there is the center with all the shops and cafes. + The room is cozy and well-maintained. It has everything you need: air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, and a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. Cleaning was done daily, and towels were changed promptly. I was especially pleased with the breakfast—a buffet with a wide selection of pastries, fruit, and drinks. Everything was fresh and delicious. The most important thing is that the sea is nearby! I definitely recommend this hotel - excellent value for money!

A beautiful hotel with great staff + This was a beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the beach below. My partner had broken her knee a few months before we arrived so we were anxious about all the stairs and being on a steep hill. When we arrived the reception team soon noticed my partner's struggles with her stick and upgraded us to a sea view room with fewer stairs to get to, which was a fantastic attention to detail. The room was spacious, the shower was great and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were amazing throughout our stay, from the cleaners to management. A huge shout out to Mimi who was based at the spa desk in the main lobby. She did everything in her power to look after us during our stay. The pool was great, deckchairs always available. The reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is the breakfast. Hot food in the containers was often cold.
