Buena ubicación + Lo que más destacaría del hotel es la atención del personal, especialmente las recepcionistas, quienes siempre fueron muy amables, atentas y con una excelente disposición para ayudar. Desde nuestra llegada tuvimos una muy buena acogida. También valoramos mucho que nos permitieran guardar nuestras maletas durante nuestra estadía en el crucero, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra organización del viaje. Durante nuestra primera estadía tuvimos una habitación muy cómoda, tranquila y con una apariencia más renovada. Además, al comentarles que el desayuno era demasiado enfocado en comida asiática, tomaron nuestro feedback de buena manera y, cuando regresamos, nos explicaron que habían incorporado otras opciones, demostrando preocupación por la experiencia de sus huéspedes. 最高だった。機会があればまた宿泊したい。It was brilliant. I’d love to stay there again if I get the chance. + とにかくスタッフがみんなとても感じがよかった。希望に全て答えてくれた。 バイクをレンタルさせてもらったことによって広範囲の移動が可能になり、いい経験になった。 朝食も毎日少しずつ違って楽しめた。こじんまりとしたレストランとルーフトップバーは気持ちがよく、 部屋も毎日綺麗に清掃してくれた。 ホアンキエム湖のすぐ近くで花火がよく見えてとてもいい思い出になった。 コンビニも近くにあり全く困らなかった。 深夜便だったので、チェックアウト後にも荷物を預かってくれてホテルに戻ったらシャワーも使わせてくれて すっきりした気持ちで帰国便に乗れた。 同じところに泊まりたがらない連れも「また泊まりたい」と珍しく言っていた。 − 特になし。 Nothing in particular
