It was fine for a short trip, the staff were very very lovely and helpful. The room we stayed in was not great + Location was good − Rooms were very dated and we stayed in an internal room with very bad ventilation

Nicest staff I have ever met! + All of the staff were amazing! We left a passport in a taxi before we got to the hotel, and Kevin played a crucial role in getting it back for us. He went above and beyond to help us! Lana was very helpful with getting us to the airport in the morning and Philip was a gent while helping us with our luggage, I would highly recommend staying here!

+ I had a 3am check-in from a delayed flight in and the staff were great. Lana was very helpful in arranging a return airport transfer, so friendly and lovely. Appreciated the support so much and the place is clean, pleasant, great value for money and in a great location. − All was fine.

The hotel didn’t give the room conformed by booking. com + Bonjour, we are not happy, even with the reservation conformed and paid to booking.com they didn’t give us a room they said hotel is full ,after so many hours flight , tired , we must stayed in other hotels. Booking. com should refund us the reservation fee . Thank you

Great staff + Staff were very helpful and the manager was very friendly and willing to chat during breakfast. The doormen was efficient and prompt with our bags. The room was great for the price point

Very good. Helpful staffs like Tammy, Kevin, Lana, Henry and the security guard. + Breakfast was excellent! The cook, Tammy was very hospitable and can cooked a delicious meal every morning. She even made me a cold Vietnamese coffee which made our breakfast even more memorable. She always smile when we go for breakfast. She is a very good value to the Hotel. − Nothing.
