+ Team members was great, I had credit on my room bc I booked through a tourist website. If it was for the team honesty I wouldn't even aware about the credit. − I have stayed at this location many times, but this time it was not to the standard expectations. Bottle of water to the up keeping of the facility.

+ מקום מושלם !!! נהנינו מאוד להיות שם אנחנו שומרי שבת אז כל פעם שהיינו צריכים לעלות לחדר הם ידעו שאסור לנו אז הם הזמינו לנו את המעלית ופתחו לנו את החדר כי היה אסור לנו הם ידעו את זה מראש ! זה כל כך הוריד לנו מראש מושלם !!!

Modern clean hotel + Modern hotel with minimum of human interaction once checked in. The location is good with easy access for taxis. The best part of course is the 24 hour check out facility which is useful. − The rooms are small and compact. Seems the idea is to sleep in room and work at the cafe or lobby. The rooms still do not have coffee or tea sachets while electric kettle is provided on demand. The breakfast is good but is repetitive. Menu mostly remains the same.

A nice hotel for a new beginner to Saigon! + I like how easy-going the place is. The breakfast selection is catering towards western palate, more than enough to start your day and explore Saigon! − I am not comfortable (yet) with busy streets and fast moving motorbike which is the norm in Saigon. But this is more on my growing up experience; I've been living where you can just walk around with ease without worrying about vehicles zooming here and there.

Great staff, Very comfy beds, they allow very late check out if you arrive initially at a late hour + VERY Helpful Staff. Even with very early morning hours for a meeting in the US, They helped me get set up in a quiet place. The desk clerk helped me with the washer and dryer as well. The reception staff are alway's kind and answer any and all questions with kindness. The most important thing for me was that we arrived at 11PM and they let us check out at 11:PM on our last day. NO other hotel does this to accommodate their guests that I know of. Made things so much easier for us.
