Bad + Buffet breakfast and ala carte lunch − The carpet on the hallway was damaged and dirty. Our mountain view room smelled of mold. My asthma was triggered, I could not breathe and sleep properly.We cut short our stay and moved to a better hotel. The photos used to advertise on booking.com were deceiving and different in reality.

+ Location staff, my wife forget her phone in the taxi. We connected with the hotel staff and they safely go the phone returned to us. Breakfast is amazing. And good options for vegetarians also.

תמורה טובה למחיר + בריכה מטורפת עם נוף מדהים לים ולשקיעה, חדר גדול ומרווח, מקלחת מאוד כיפית עם מים חמים, מיקום מעולה במרכז העיירה, שירות של השכרת אופנועים דרך המלון במחיר ממש טוב − רמת ניקיון לא מספיק טובה, לפעמים לא ניקו/סידרו לנו את החדר במהלך השהייה שלנו, היו לא מעט נמלים בחדר, פעם אחת ביקשתי פעמיים לנקות את הרצפה כי נכנסנו לחדר מלוכלך ולצערי לא ניקו.

it's good for night or two. But avoid if older or have any breathing problems. + Upon arrival we was upgraded from room to villa next to pool, without reason or even asking :) − All rooms smelled strongly of damp and mold. Even the villa :( Very unhealthy and difficult to breath. Long walk up the hill. Not recommend for older people.

Not good + The staff is extremely useless and action things as per their convenience − There is absolutely no customer centricity in this property, we asked for water the receptionist replied stating its ur check out today pls come and drink it in restaurant, when asked for coffee packs they mentioned its out of stock.. I paid a huge amount of money for the stay, paid for 2 days but actually stayed only for a day as i checked in too late, if i would have been aware of this i would have booked something else

It was ok stay. Location vise its good only if you hire scooters. + Location and pool − Rooms lights can be more vibrant. It looked very dull hotel toilets needs to be renovated. Its on top of the hill. If anyone one booking it for first time be prepared to walk. Otherwise best option to hire scooters on very first day.

Room for Improvement - can be better + We loved the pool area. Being situated on a mountainside, the hotel offers some truly great views − The hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its mountain location and lovely pool, but there is a lot of room for improvement. The villas are showing their age, with a noticeable musty smell and trash left by the entrance. Most frustratingly, we had no water for showers for several hours two nights in a row. It’s a 'not great, not terrible' experience that could be amazing with better upkeep

+ Расположение в центре, идти вглубь почти без уклона, но потом очень крутой подъем метров 200, материшься, но идешь)) до пляжа возят не всегда, водитель может просто не приехать или не хватит места, с этим не понятно, идти минут 20-25. В целом отель просто вау! Территория маленькая, но невероятные джунгли вокруг, бассейн большой и очень чистый, закаты отсюда выше всех похвал. Матрасы и подушки очень удобные, завтрак потрясающий: все виды блюд из яиц, кофе горячий и кофе со льдом, соки в баночках, десерты очень вкусные, салаты и микрозелень, оливки, несколько заправок, черри, огурцы, сыр, ветчина, йогурты, кешью и арахис, сушенный манго, джемы, мясо/курица, суп - проще сказать чего нет)) Минус: это огромный уклон, если нужно добежать до магазина что-то купить - это будет не так просто (шикарный вид это компенсирует) и то что в центре грязное море (были в феврале 2026), советую взять 4-5 ночей чтобы понаслаждаться видами из отеля и бассейном, посмотреть достопримечательности рядом, а …

Tom Hill is a destination boutique hotel + Exceptional boutique hotel with a beautiful view, sunset view of water from the hilltop. Can walk down to beach in 20 minutes . Restaurants on main strip and convenience stores , main bus to airport runs along the main street. Daily maid service. Beds good. Shower , no tub. Kettle only. Did not see a safe. Pool is spectacular, huge, clean. Sundeck, bar near. Great breakfast with a view. This is by itself a destination. Of course I want to come back. I loved my sunset balcony, the pool, the food. − Hiking up the hill to get to the hotel. Easier in a Grab (car hire)

+ Staff at reception were good and friendly. They upgraded us to sea view room upon request. − Toilets are wrost...very small and shower water falling all over the toilet. Water drains very slowly. Breakfast has very limited options with same menu daily.
