ロケーションや設備は良い スタッフも気さくでいいがよりコミュニケーションができてると更に良い + 部屋が広くて清潔感もあった ウェルカムワインや部屋にもフリーで1本ワインがあったのは嬉しかった − スタッフが円滑につながっていない マネージャーから下のフロアにワインオープナーやオリジナルTシャツがあると聞いた言ったがスタッフはオープナーは分からない Tシャツは在庫がないから月曜日しか入らないと言われて結局ダメだった 夕食のレストランのメニューが少ない

− ⭐ A Hugely Disappointing Stay at Asara Estate & Hotel What should have been a rare, peaceful night away from our children turned into an incredibly disappointing stay at Asara Estate & Hotel. Our room was only ready 45 minutes after the scheduled check-in time. Given that we had deliberately booked a short getaway to rest and recharge, this was an unfortunate start. The real disappointment, however, came later. It was extremely cold in the Winelands, so before heading down for a late lunch, we switched on the heater in our room, expecting to return to a warm and comfortable space. We returned shortly before 19h00 to find the room still freezing and the heater not working. Housekeeping came to attend to it that evening, but despite this, the heater was still not working the following morning. Having someone arrive yet again to deal with the issue during the final precious moments of what was supposed to be our restful getaway was incredibly frustrating. And that wasn't the only…

幻想的な朝もやと美しい庭園、朝食も絶品のワインエステート + • 建物も庭も池もとても綺麗なホテルで、妻は大満足。特に朝もやのかかる池は幻想的だった。 • ホテルの朝食はアラカルトで作ってくれとても美味しい • ホテルでの夕食はルームサービスで普通 − • 古いホテルなので、ところどころ調子の悪いところがある。室内金庫は電池切れで2回修理してもらった。浴室との扉の開閉にはコツと力が必要。

Luxurious and beautiful escape to the winelands + Incredible views of vineyards, dam and mountains. A piece of heaven. Friendly and helpful staff (best I have seen in the winelands so far). Peaceful. Great food and wine. − All good.
