− Грязный отель, полотенца, постельное белье - все какое-то не свежее, не белое уже, за зубной щеткой разовой пришлось идти на ресепшн, в номере ее нет. Кровать, подушки - не удобные, кондиционер очень шумный, с ним спать не возможно, без него - жарко и тоже невозможно спать. Завтрак нормальный.

+ Было чисто ,убирали каждый день.. Кровать была удобной − Полотенца пора уже поменять они серые Персонал на 3+ не было ощущения,что они рады гостям В ресторане...жарко ,под крышей И не очень разнообразная еда

Great stay + Clean, it has shataf in the toilet − The payment is taken in through the hotel reception not through booking which make the hassle, if you don’t have visa or cash

Lost the quality + Location − The beds are very old and worn out. Even though we repeatedly informed the reception staff that the bed cover needed to be changed urgently, it was never replaced. We also asked for towels six times, but no one brought them. In the end, we had to go downstairs and collect them ourselves. The receptionist told us the bed cover would be changed, so we waited for an hour. When I went downstairs to ask again, after keeping us waiting without any update until late at night, we were simply told that it could not be changed today. I have stayed here before, and the quality of the hotel used to be excellent. Unfortunately, the service and overall quality have now declined significantly.

− Зубную пасту и щётку принесли после когда я сказал что отсутствует зубная паста и щётка. Получается не внимательный персонал

− Сильно испортилась гостиница за последние время. Не следят за чистотой. Кондиционер шумит.

良かった + 朝食は良かったです。部屋は綺麗でしたがシャワールームの掃除が行き届いていなかった。スタッフは親切でした。 − 深夜外からの声が大きかった

Awsem + It’s so Clean n amazing rooms − Sme Kind of smell in the washroom. Also breakfast would be much better if it’s 10 $. Also make sure to confirm abt breakfast Whn u do booking bcoz for us we had to pay .
