A wonderful hotel with friendly staff, good food and snorkeling opportunities. + We were warmly received by Ms Supati, and she and her staff were most kind, friendly and helpful to us. My wife had an injured leg, and she was offered transport by comfortable golf cars across the hotel area when she needed it. The water in the pool seems to be seawater that is replaced every day, which we did not see before in Zanzibar. The food is splendid and varied, and we enjoyed the Swahili dinners! One of a kind even in Zanzibar is that you may snorkel straight from the hotel! − We had to wait a while for drinks at the meals, make sure to order before you go to the buffet☺️

+ Cordialità e la disponibilità dello staff. Ci hanno sppstato il volo dalla mattina alla sera e dopo il checkout ci hanno dato un appartamento a disposizione completamente gratuito dove poterci rilassare e rinfrescare. Davvero gentili e disponobili.

Highly recommend, stunning beach with walkway into the ocean. + I loved everything but to name a few: the stunning beach that even has a walkway into the ocean, the hotel staff’s attention to guest, the gym, the location, the spa and overall the smell of flowers/plants all over the resort. The resort has a charm that all those large hotels (that are so impersonal) miss out on. There was always plenty of food so even the pickiest eater can find something. There is entertainment most of the night and twice a week there is massai dinner/entertainment. − Ice crean is not included on the all inclusive 😭

+ Hospitality and friendliness of the staff is incredible. Madam BIG MAMA (Supatu) gave us a warmly welcom and she was flexible to give us Interconnected rooms and offered pizza to the kids after check in which kids loved and enjoyed. Kids loved the nutela pizza Ridhiwan was also exceptional with great customer service we felt like someone we know long time. The food was great and we got special lunch for delicious bean for lunch which would normally be served in the morning. Overall nice place, good food and friendly staff ASANTE SANA KARAFUU RESORT

Ich würde immer wieder gerne zurückkommen. + Frühstück toll. Lage sehr gut. Alle total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Angebote.I − Ein Restaurant mehr wäre gut. Ohne Halb- oder Vollpension ist nicht viel Auswahl.

+ הצוות במלון היה מקסים ומאוד מאוד שירותי. חיכו לנו כשהגענו עם מגבות קרות להתרעננות וריקודים משמחים. החדרים היו גדולים ומפנקים. רצועת החוף בסמוך למלון הייתה מהממת ביופייה ובכלל כל השהות במלון הייתה מעל הציפיות שלנו.

ריזורט חמישה כוכבים בסגנון אוטנטי ומפנק + עוד לפני ההגעה יצרתי קשר עם המלון וסעיד מנהל ההזמנות נתן לי שרות אדיב, כך לכל אורך הביקור. קיבלו את פנינו בשירים ומטליות לחות, כל בקשה מיוחדת מיד נענו, הצוות תמיד מחייך מצוות הקבלה ועד אחרון המלצרים בחדר האוכל, תמיד מברכים את כולם בג'מבו וחיוך ומרגישים שהם באמת שמחים לתת שירות. החדרים עוברים נקיון 2-3 ביום, כל תקלה מיד טופלה. אפילו העיצובים של המיטה כל יום עם פרחים וקישוטים כמו בתאילנד. ביום האחרון לפני העזיבה, אפשרו לנו להישאר בחדרים עד הטיסה ולהינות משירותי הכל כלול, ללא תוספת תשלום. הריזורט גדול ויש מגוון בריכות, חדר כושר, פאדל, ברים, מספר מסעדות קונספט ומופעים מגוונים. המיקום על חוף שקט והנוף פשוט עוצר נשימה, אומנם הוא רחוק מהחופים הצפוניים אבל אנחנו הרגשנו שזה יתרון כי החוף היה שקט מאוד ופחות עמוס התיירים לעומת החופים בצפון שביקרנו בהם. − היה קצת ריח מוזר בחדר האוכל באפריקה לא מתאים לחייך הישראלי אבל הבנתי שזה בכל מקום

+ location, beach, cottage. Beautiful beach, amazing cottage. I would absolutely return. − We kept having to ask them to spray before bed and twice they came after 22:30 and woke up my kids. after the first time, i told them that i'd like it to be done by 8pm. They only ended up spraying 3 times which means we had to keep calling to get water. Online it states that there are several pools but in reality, for families, there is only 1 pool. Lack of food / snacks outside of meal times. I've stayed in all-inclusive resorts all over the world and there is always the possibility of snacks like fries or pizza by the pool. The food was decent for adults but could have been better for children which wouldn't be an issue if this hotel wasn't top of the list of 'family friendly' options. Twice we went to kids club and it was closed during the times it was meant to be open, so we never ended up spending time there which disappointed my kids.
