Very bad + During our stay at the Orka Lotus Beach Hotel, myself and my wife developed gastroenteritis after having dinner at hotel’s restaurant. During the night, she became very ill and vomited. The following day, we went to the hotel’s medical clinic because we were feeling very unwell and received medical treatment. It costs 70 pounds/person. The most likely cause was the almost raw meat that was served in the dürüm. Furthermore, the hotel staff did not seem concerned about the situation. We had to cover all the expenses ourselves, including the medical consultation and the medication. I do not recommend this hotel at all. You risk getting sick by staying there.

Kat hizmetleri düzenli çalışıyor, odalar her gün özenle temizleniyor. Yatakların rahat olması da dinlenme açısından büyük avantaj sağlıyor. Otelin konumu denizi güzeldi. − Ancak geliştirilmesi gereken en önemli konu yemek kalitesi. Çeşitlilik olmasına rağmen lezzet konusunda beklentimizin altında kaldı. Ana yemeklerin bir kısmı sıradan ve tekrara düşüyor. Daha kaliteli malzeme kullanılması ve menünün lezzet açısından geliştirilmesi otelin genel memnuniyetini ciddi şekilde artıracaktır. Bir diğer eksik nokta ise havuz alanı. Bu büyüklükte ve kapasitedeki bir otel için havuz yetersiz kalıyor. Özellikle yoğun sezonda şezlong bulmak zorlaşıyor ve havuz oldukça kalabalık hissediliyor. Deniz bu kadar güzel olmasa havuz yetersizliği çok daha fazla hissedilebilirdi.

Amazing + Another amazing hotel. This was our third time and have booked to go back again in October. The staff here are absolutely amazing and nothing is too much trouble. They are kind, attentive and so friendly. We have made good friends here with them. This time we had our photos taken by the professional photographer Osman and his brother. What an experience! They were such good fun and so friendly, they were just great. The photos are of such high standard and would recommend them to anyone. Can’t wait to go come back and will get some taken with my son and partner who will be joining us for their first visit!

Amazing hotel ! + Orka Lotus Beach is a wonderful hotel! Everything was excellent, from the food and the location to the cleanliness and the wide range of activities available. A special thank you to the bar manager, Merve. She was always welcoming, friendly, attentive, and happy to help. She made us feel valued throughout our stay. The à la carte restaurants were also fantastic, with a great variety including Ottoman, Chinese, Italian, and many more. Every restaurant was excellent. A special thank you to Chef Mehmet, who is in charge of the à la carte restaurants. He was welcoming, attentive, and efficient, and his professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We enjoyed, great service, but music too much + Location great for walking into Icmeler however location has very noisy clubbing music until 4:30am - so far this has been for 3 nights in a row - hoping its stops after the weekend. We travelled with children and still placed in a room near the club, you will need earplugs if you want to sleep between 10pm and 4:30am as very loud. Food in the main restaurant is delicious with lots of choice. Cocktail and drinks very good for all inclusive, lots of choice. Service has been very good at the bars and reception. Restaurant very busy from 7pm, tricky to get seats, cannot get a sun bed near the main pool as towels always reserve the beds very early, we ended up near kids pool which was a nice area. Hotel does need tlc to justify being 5 stars as many broken tiles around the pools and restaurants, cleanliness near pools not quite 5 star although staff always clearing up mess; our room was always very clean and mini bar topped up each day. The owner spends money on his lambo but won’t update the sub beds. + This is not a 5 star hotel. Maybe it was when it first opened but it clearly hasn’t been updated since. Everything is old, out dated or broken. The owner clearly cares more for his Lamborghini car than to update the facilities. The sun beds are disgustingly. They are old and broken and rusty. The umbrellas are all broken. The only good thing about this hotel was the pool with the slides and the life guards who managed the pool area. They were very pleasant and nice people. However the pool area itself was very dirty, it was not cleaned regularly and there was often empty cups and bottles lying around the floor or old plates next to sun beds which stayed there for days. I would not pay the money to stay in this hotel again. It is a 3/4 star hotel, there are nicer hotel star hotels in marmaris like Aurasia Beach, Deluxe and seaside. Disappointed to have paid so much and got so little for our money. We go to marmaris 3/…

Not bad stay.. + It was our first time we visit the resort! Staff were friendly.. rooms were nice but the view was the cars parking.. food and buffet choices were good! − We couldnt find a place to sit or even found a single sun bed our first day (we were 4)! More than 1 hour walking under the sun, it was so crowded and garbage smell everywhere around the beach.. sun beds are so old need to be changed!!

Ужасные 2 ночи в Мармарисе + к сожалению практически ничего, кроме чистого и прохладного моря − Единственный раз, когда приходится писать негативный отзыв про отель в Турции. Переезд из Фетхие в Мармарис отель Orka Lotus Beach. Очень грязный и старый отель, необходимо было внимательно прочитать все отзывы перед бронированием. Неприветливый и не гостеприимный персонал, наверное только охрана была дружелюбна. Отель очень старый, номерной фонд в ужасном состоянии. Бассейн и территория не ухожены, по территории ходят много куриц - как это коррелирует с уровнем 5 звезд не понимаю. Ты кушаешь и ногами отгоняешь куриц(((. Питание в ресторане оставляет желать лучшего. Отдельный треш - отсутствие охраны на горках. Дети катаются по 3-4 человека, вылетают с горок в бассейн, в котором уже полно других посетителей. Наверное это нравится детям, но не дай Бог это до первого несчастного случая. НИКОМУ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ К ПОСЕЩЕНИЮ

Berbat bir oteldi + Sadece doğası güzeldi − Orka Lotus Beach’te konakladık ve maalesef büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Otelin konumu ve denizi güzel olsa da hizmet kalitesi beklentimizin çok altındaydı. Yemekler hem çeşit hem de lezzet açısından yetersizdi, birçok ürün sürekli aynıydı. Temizlik konusunda da ciddi eksikler vardı. Ortak alanlar ve restoran hijyen açısından yeterli değildi. Personel ilgisizdi ve birçok konuda çözüm üretmek yerine geçiştirmeyi tercih etti.Satın aldığımız odalar verilmedi.4 kişiye küçücük oda verildi Ödediğimiz ücretin karşılığını alamadığımızı düşünüyoruz. Güzel doğası dışında bizi memnun eden çok az şey oldu. Bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz ve rezervasyon yapacak kişilerin güncel yorumları dikkatlice incelemesini tavsiye ederiz.
