Celkovo sa nám páčilo a určite sa vrátime len budeme žiadať iný tip ubytovania. + Pekné čisté ubytovanie drevený nábytok pekne ladil v štýle a atmosfére typickej Liptovskej chalupy. Celkovo pekné prostredie. Wellness bol super 25m plavecký bazén postačujúci. Relaxačný bazén a bazénik pre deti. Detský kútik a ďalšie možnosti animácie, vonkajšie ihrisko pre deti. V podstate kúsok od Donovalov- cca do 15 min. autom a dá sa navštiviť Donovalkovo, Habakuky. Užasný personál od recepcie po veľmi príjených stále usmiatých čašníkov 😉 − Domček nebol samostatný ako sa zdalo podľa fotiek…bol to v podstate trojdomček kde boli ubytované 3 rodiny so spoločnou terasou a pomerne tenké steny čiže bolo dosť počuť susedov. Romantika samostatného domčeka a terasy tak odpadá. V dedinke sú aj samostatné domčeky určite nabudúce budem trvať len tej alternatíve…v popise to však nebolo uvedené. Jedlo by som popísal asi ako lepšiu školskú jedáleň nebolo vyslovene zlé ale ani nezažijete gastro orgazmus 😂 Každopád…

Perfektní resort se spoustou aktivit a skvělým jídlem + Nádherné ubytování v chaloupkách, které nabízí dostatek prostoru a klidu. Okolí chalup čisté a perfektně udržované. Snídaně a večeře formou bufetu velmi chutné, velký výběr a dostatečné množství. Personál milý a ochotný. Velký výběr aktivit přímo v resortu, top vyhřívaný bazén. Umístění resortu v supr lokalitě, nabízí se spousta možností pro turistiku. Byli jsme velice spokojeni a rádi se zase vrátíme. − Vše bylo v pořádku, nemohu nic vytknout.

+ Rezort je veľmi pekný pre rodiny s malými i veľkými deťmi.My sme.sa zabavili aj s našimi dospelákmi_ bowling,biliard,welnes. A večer sa vždy tešili na vynikajúce raňajky 😉

+ Súkromie na chalupke, výborná strava, veľký výber jedla − Vrzgajuca podlaha na poschodí , boli sme len jednu noc ale neviem či je tam okrem bazénov aj iné vyžitie.

Pobyt udany, mogę polecić z czystym sumieniem. + Lokalizacja jak dla mnie bardzo dobra, miejsce w sumie zaciszne i spokojne, blisko na szlaki, basen dostępny dwie godziny darmowy, co mnie zaskoczyło, parking też bezproblemowo i w gratisie, śniadanie wyśmienite, obsługa jak najbardziej pomocna, wracając w te strony, pewnie tam się zatrzymamy.

Great stay turned into a fiasco ;( + Would be an excellent grade 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for bad ending. All around everything was good except the approach to the client. − At the check-out we were charged 126 euro for a dog despite no information about extra fees at the check in. Wouldn't be a problem if the information was presented from the start but wasn't. Also on the 1st of September and after that date the recreation center (pool, fitness, children's playroom, second restaurant etc. were closed) which is unacceptable if we are paying for the entire stay and also for these additional amenities. Additionally, when booking the cottage, we were supposed to get an entire private cottage to ourselves. Instead, we were assigned a semi-detached cottage with other guests staying inside, which also directly contradicted the booking details. Overall, we were willing to turn a blind eye to all these inconveniences, but the way we were treated at the very end led to this exact rating. Be…
