С теплотой будем вспоминать наше прибывание в отеле. + Великолепное расположение. Не далеко метро и множество кафешек. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный. Готовы помочь в решении любых задач. − Недостаточное количество розеток. Дорогие и не содержательные завтраки. Лучше питаться с соседних кафешках.

Good location and clean, but everything else very poor (service,value for money, thin walls) + Location was good, generally clean − Walls very thin, can hear your neighbours. Considered 4 star accommodation but definitely not, 3 star max and service more like 2 star. Bathroom floor was clogged, when we went out we requested reception to check it. When we came back from a day out (out for 6 hours plus), the shower was fixed but the room door had been left open by the hotel…. Also cleaned our towels one day but forget to replace so had to request from reception again. Our stay was only 3 nights but had many issues.

+ The hotel is walking distance to Bendemeer Mrt station and Kallang bus stop. The environment was safe too. This made us easier to travel. The room was clean and tidy. Also, we had reached earlier before the check-in. Hence, they let us to use their public washroom to freshen up and kept our luggage at their storage room. Love this the most about their service. Would highly recommend

+ Everything is comfortable and all − There is no sunlight window or what. I thought it still night time but check again it was 7am. I felt like there no sense of time.

Very bad + It was a 1 star hotel not a four star hotel as mentioned by booking.com. Booking.com should be responsible about it, it is a fraud to advertise a hotel as 4 star while it is like a student dormitory. − Every thing was bad. A very small room with tight bed. No breakfast but just a menu to choose between two items! A very dirty refrigerator in the room. The room’s door’s handle was broken. The recipient argued me and got angry because I asked for a bottle of water and said just one bottle is allowed per day! It reminds me of Oliver Twist who asked for more soup and was rejected. There was no comb or sanitary packs in the room.

Its Great + Room is clean enough and cozy, the bed is clean and comfortable as well. Toilet although the water pressure for flush is slightly not powerful enough, but the shower has a really delighted pressure that I am very happy with, really blows the fatigue away, and its clean in the toilet as well. − There is a bit of smell when I first arrived, but not really anything too major to complain about, I would like the flush pressure to increase a bit definitely as I wouldn't want any thing stuck threre.

+ L'hôtel est bien situé pour le business et les déplacements dans le centre. − Les fenêtres n'ont pas de double vitrage, on entend très bien les bruits de la rue. Les chambres ne sont très bien isolées. Le bureau est trop petit pour pouvoir travailler.

Pleasant and just enough + I had a pleasant stay. The room with the queensize bed was just spacious enough for one person. − There is only a rain shower and it is quite noisy during the night. So I recommend you to sleep with good earplugs!
