Our son loved the hotel so much that he was almost in tears because he didn’t want to leave. + We had a wonderful stay at W Singapore. The hotel was very clean, and whenever we requested anything such as ice, towels, or other room amenities, the staff responded quickly and efficiently. One of the highlights was the swimming pool, which is available 24 hours a day. We really appreciated being able to enjoy the pool even late at night. There were a few occasions when some items, such as glasses, towels, or slippers, were missing from the room, but once we contacted the hotel, they were replenished immediately. − The breakfast restaurant was quite busy at certain times, so we had to wait a little, but this was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, we did not experience any significant problems during our stay. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and full of hospitality, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our visit.

We had an enjoyable holiday and celebration. + The rooms were fantastic, with lots of room to move around. Lots of storage space. The bathroom had doors and was private. They cleaned the rooms twice a day and changed the towels after we used them at the pool. They went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly. The food in the restaurants was amazing. The pool area was spacious and wonderful. We will stay again and have already recommended this hotel to our friends and family. − There wasn't anything we didn't like. We loved everything about this property. The staff were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were three families with two babies.

+ Even though the location is a little bit far, but it is a nice hotel and a lovely swimming pool. Our family have a happy holidays. − Over all is good, but the swimming pool is no service at night time. For kids that will be not quite safe. thanks

Great stay in Sentosa would definitely stay again! + Location walking distance to restaurants and bars and a good buffet breakfast. A good variety of activities on offer for all ages. − The interior of the pool is a little tired in places
