+ Bra personal, service och väldigt bra frukost, skön säng. − När man reser utanför Sverige så finns alltid tandborstar, tandkräm och tofflor, tofflorna för att slippa bli kall om fötterna (i Sverige) när man rör sig i rummet. Det är inte bara detta hotell som snålar in på det lilla extra men lika tråkigt för det.

Friendly and helpful staff at the Reception + They could provide water bowl for Pet Dog. The location is great, at the Reception the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. − They didn’t provide water bowl for my Pet Dog, that was disappointing.

Camera quadrupla inaccettabile per un soggiorno in hotel + Colazione a buffet − La camera quadrupla aveva 2 letti singoli e 2 brandine molto scomode, decisamente non una sistemazione ottimale per una camera d’hotel venduta per 4 persone. Le foto con cui vengono pubblicizzate le camere non mostra la reale sistemazione che viene offerta

Convenient location for work but will look elsewhere for next time + Sky bar, staff’s friendliness, ice cream on sale at reception, location. − Absence of coffee machine in the room and no drinking water bottle. Breakfasts had a good spread of items but of poor quality. Coffee was TERRIBLE. Orange juice was TERRIBLE. No option to upgrade to espresso.
