Wonderful experience in Riyadh + i have been traveling to Riyadh for business reasons since a year back. really Novotel was the best hotel i used in terms of service, cleanliness, staff respect. Location was super waw and accessible to everything − honestly nothing

It is a comfortable stay and it is truly value for money. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! + The Hotel location is good and is close to the Kingdom Tower which is a very nice view at night as it lit up. But what we really enjoyed is the indoor swimming pool and its warm water. The room is also spacious, clean and it smells good the whole time we stayed. The staff were also accommodating with our requests and everyone was so kind. We want to commend all of them from the time we checked in, the staff at reception is so nice and he gave us warm welcome. The staffs who assisted us to our room from the time we checked in and checked out were so helpful. − Nothing to mention here.

It was not that great .. had high hopes as I thought it was a brand + Bad Hotel for a Novatel brand it was like a 2 star facility − Rooms were clean .. Gym was bad and broken it was just like a 2 star property the staff were good they were just about managing it .. I think the owner is not supportive
