I also booked a relative of mine he was a groom n they did very well decorating the room outstanding service + From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The reception team was exceptional—kind, professional, attentive, and always greeted me with a warm smile. They made check-in and check-out effortless and were always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their outstanding hospitality truly made a difference throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, the location was perfect, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and respectful. Emplacement _ propreté _ bon service et un rapport qualité prix + La dame responsable du service des clients (étage 21.....) ainsi que le personnel sont d'une gentillesse inégalable et très à l'écoute des réclamations ou demandes de ses clients et à leurs satisfactions. − Pour ce premier jour tout est top.

الغرفه وسيعه وقريب من الحرم بس فيه ريحت مجاري اول ما تطلع من الفندق + قريب من الحرم الغرفه ممتازه وسيعه − ريحت مجاري جمب الفندق خدمت الغرفه طلبناهم وما جو اللي اليوم الثاني قبل الظهر والمره الثانيه طلبناهم ماجو والدخول الساعه ٤ مساء والخروج الساعه ١٢ الظهر الباركنق اليوم ب ١١٥ ريال لا أعيد التجربه
