+ Al Harithia is an amazing hotel, and the way we were looked after throughout our stay was exceptional. We arrived quite late in the evening and were initially given a room that had a few issues. I spoke with Abdul Hakeem about our concerns, and he was very polite, understanding and helpful. The following day, Fatimah personally contacted me, showed me a few alternative rooms, and upgraded us to a Junior Suite. They also kindly sent us Arabian coffee, dates and fresh fruit as an apology for the inconvenience. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. The housekeeping team, especially Mohammed Ali and Menarul Islam, were excellent. They were always checking to make sure everything was okay, and they were consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. + المكان جدًا جميل قريب من الحرم جدًا بذات جهة النساء حرفيًا دقيقة او دقيقتين وانتم داخل إن شاء الله وكمان قريب من القهاوي والمطاعم، تعامل الموظفين هناك من افضل ما يكون الله يسعدهم جدًا متعاونين واعطوني غرفة مطلة على الحرم وأكبر من اللي طلبتها افضل خدمة عملاء ممكن تشوفونها، المكان نظيف وكمان الشراشف الخ. إن شاء الله مو آخر تجربه معهم. − ريحة دورة المياة حسيتها شوي غريبه، مدري إذا بس عندي او عند الكل لكن تراهم جدًا متعاونين إذا طلبتواهم يحلون المشكله إن شاء الله يحلونها لكم.

Excellent.. + It was very pleasant stay, Never expected near movenpick, Darul Iman, or Hilton with the price I paid get that much value. It was my first time in this hotel. And felt it’s way better than near by hotels because those are old & It’s clean and smells fresh.
