Cosy suite, good food, excellent service, can only recommend! + The Senator Suite is very nice and comfortable, with a good view overlooking the town. Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was tasty and the setting is very comfortable. Our waiter in the Cucina Restaurant (a young man from Sri-Lanka) was very friendly and made an excellent Tiramisu at the table, he definitely deserves a promotion for the quality of his customer service. − A taxi driver hired in front of the hotel (but not related to the hotel) tried to scam us to pay 128 RON to drive to the Marmorosch, a trip about 5 km that should officially cost only about 15 RON. Maybe the hotel should be more selective in who they allow to pick up passengers from their driveway.

+ Ωραιο δωματιο και καλο κρεβατι . Καλο το καζίνο και το εστιατόριο ολεα . − Μακριά απο το κέντρο με τα ποδια . Δεν εχει κατι κοντα. Το Spa πισίνα και τζακούζι μικρά είχαν πολύ κοσμο υπήρχε κακοσμία απο παπούτσια.. Κρατάνε 200ευρω απονκαρτα Εγγύηση για το mini bar δεν το βρίσκω λογικό αφού κάθε μερα βλέπουν οι καθαριστριες την καταναλωση κ πληρώνεις στο check out

All very nice + All staff very polite and accommodating. The restaurants had good menus with lost of choice despite my husband needing a low salt diet they were able to accommodate

+ Personalul − Foarte scump pentru ce oferă, climat8zarea infernala ,foarte zgomotoasa,se solicita depozit pentru o camera care arata destul de ponosit ,parcarea foarte scumpa ,plătită separat si alte taxe ,pe lângă un pret uriaș.Nu recomand .A rămas doar numele si pretul.

+ Ospitalitatea și zâmbetul echipei . În mod deosebit aduc aprecieri și recunoștință dnei EMMA , care a demonstrat profesionalism și o bună primire . La restaurant este de apreciat ca toate produsele comandate au fost proaspete și f bine prezentate de dnul Nicu. Mulțumesc
