Enjoyed the stay and would return but not in peak school holidays if + Spacious village feel. Very good breakfasts Loved sports facilities − Pool area could have been bigger with somewhere for adults with teens. Too many screaming children in a small space. Sunbed saving despite the sign telling people not to.

Waste of money, place is old and needs work! Service not 5 stars at all. + Private beach − The flats are very old and need work. Service was very poor and not attentive. Rooms were poorly cleaned and lack maintanance. For €2000 a night could do better and will go elsewhere next time!

Superb resort- we will definitely be back. + The entire resort was beautiful. The three bedroom air conditioned apartment we had was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want and so much selection. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were serviced daily with the floors cleaned daily. The transport shuttle buses around the resort were very useful especially after going out to one of the many restaurants at night. The Japanese and the Italian restaurants had very good food. − Calls to reception were slow to get through. The waiting time to get a booked Shuttle bus was sometimes long so order well in advance. I personally felt that in some of the restaurants the food was just ok and did not always offer value for the prices charged. My adult children would have liked designated family/children and adult areas especially at breakfast time and at the pools.

Wonderful hotel, cleanliness and exceptional staff + you never have to fight for a sunbed as there are always additional + Wonderful wonderful hotel with spacious apartments, exceptional staff and great cleanliness. − Loved everything (maybe a bit pricey…? 😄)

Beautiful resort, excellent facilities + Great facilities, beautiful resort. 2 bedroom apartment is really spacious and well stocked. − We found that the staff across many of the departments did not have any knowledge nor would they take accountability outside of their specific department. And one simple question would have you asking multiple people who just passed you on to someone else to ask. The hotel would relaly benefit from more rounded customer service training across the different departments.

+ Great resort. Accommodation is wonderful, especially for families. We had a great apartment overlooking the pool. Amazing selection of pools, restaurants and activities from football, to tennis to water sports. Children loved it. − It's a wonderful resort, hence why we keep coming back but over the last few years cleanliness of swimming pools has deteriorated with lots of debris on the bottom of the pools. Pathways in need of maintenance and a larger clientele from the US has led to a tipping culture which is out of whack for the already over priced resort food and drink prices.

Perfektes Hotel für Sport und Strand. + Gesamtanlage und Gärten wunderschön. Padel Coach Pedro super Lehrer, hat Spass gemacht. Frühstück in der Morgensonne auf der Terrasse. Appartment groß, modern und mit herrlicher Terrasse. − Check In Katastrophe, unfassbar langsam, unfreundlich und inkompetent. Grauenhaft, ebenfalls check out. Gesamt Reception abweisend und nie hilfreich. Restaurant Piri Piri mittlere Qualität bei hohen Preisen.
