+ Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Pokój przestronny, trochę ciemny z powodu małego okna. Bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem jest dostępny dystrybutor wody na korytarzu. Śniadania dobre.

Good for short stay travelling by train + Close to train station. Ticketed luggage storage. Wine selection at restaurant bar. − Noise from banging doors and machines on adjacent rooftop. Inconvenient placement of bathroom light switch. Toilet seat came off. No in-room safe. No hard soap or shower cap etc. Very slow opening elevator door.

+ Lokalizacja i miła obsługa. − Zakłócenia w odbiorze telewizji.

Bardzo udany pobyt. + Hotel położony w samym centrum Opola, wszędzie blisko. Pokoje czyściutkie, niczego nie brakowało. − Jedyny minus, to słaby internet, który często się rozłączał.

Polecam + Hotel położony blisko Starówki. Po drugiej stronie ulicy Dworzec Kolejowy. W pobliżu szpital oraz przychodnia zdrowia, Biedronka, Żabka, restauracja oraz inne sklepy. W około 15 minut pieszo można dojść do Muzeum Polskiej Piosenki. Przy hotelu ogólnodostępny płatny parking (od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 8:00-17:00). Na parking płatny,należący do hotelu nie udało nam się trafić.

+ Clean and nice hotel. Very good breakfast. − Limited and narrow hotel parking. A bit noisy street, if your room is facing that one. Furniture and equipment not as expected for Mercure level - but price ok.
