Uzy hałas od ulicy… + Sala śniadaniowa - piękny klimat; bardzo wygodne łóżka ; majestatyczna część pałacowa. Smaczne i zróżnicowane śniadania . Klimatyczne jacuzzi. − Przede wszystkim - duża głośność od zajezdni tramwajowej …. Wręcz zaskakująca. Stan i jakoś mebli jak na 5 gwiazdek pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Pożółkłe kafle w łazience na podłodze czy brak drzwi w kabinie prysznicowej ujmowało lazience. Pomimo robiącej wrażenie wielkiej części pałacowej hotel zasługuje na max 4 gwiazdki.

Great location for access to Wroclaw city centre. + Staff were professional, courteous and excellent spoken English Junior suite was excellent. Lots of choice at breakfast. Great location for transport (5 stops by tram) into Wroclaw city centre. Excellent spa facilities. − We knew the hotel was 'pet friendly' but we didn't expect dogs to be allowed in the breakfast / dining area. We didn't enjoy witnessing a dog standing begging at the table of its' owners during breakfast. Consequently we didn't book for evening meals during our 4 day stay. The bannisters on the 1st and 2nd floor were not as robust or safe as would be expected. We were informed by email on the the day we were to arrive that there would be a wedding on and despite being placed in a quiet suite at the front of the hotel, we could hear the noise of the trams until 1am as the hotel is across the road from the tram terminus.

+ I had a wonderful stay at Platinum Palace Boutique Spa Hotel Wroclaw. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my visit. The spa facilities were excellent and added an extra level of comfort and relaxation to the experience. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which makes it perfect for a relaxing stay while still offering easy access to the city centre. Getting into town was very convenient using either Uber or the tram. Overall, a great hotel with excellent facilities, friendly service, and a perfect balance between tranquillity and accessibility. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again. − N/A
