I travel internationally on a regular basis and stay in hotels throughout the year. I have experienced occasional problems before, but I have never encountered a property that failed so completely in such fundamental areas of hospitality, transparency, and guest comfort. The first warning sign came before checkout. A member of staff approached me with a review form and encouraged me to leave a positive review about my stay. At that point, I had no reason to believe there were any outstanding charges because I had already paid the full amount for all rooms upon arrival using my debit card, and the payment had been processed and confirmed by the hotel itself. Great stay, as always. + The service was exceptional. The reception staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was exquisite, very well kept and clean. The washroom was very clean as well with good amount of amenities. The room services was also very responsive and accommodating. − They might want to add a gym or a fitness centre with a few facilities to begin with. Breakfast options could improve. Although the food was very tasty.
