Sorry + Well the staff responded to my concern,location is good. − I was looking for a facial tissue, which i thought normal for every room in a hotel, but unfortunately , you have to ask for it , apparently they only have it in i think their suites,I tried to use the phone in the room but the phone was not working, i have to go down at the lobby and ask the staff , and the tv was not working. I was dissappointed.

+ We had a wonderful stay at Acacia Hotel Davao. We were a family of four with two kids, and the spacious room provided plenty of comfort for all of us. The room was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a family stay. Our children especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and kid-friendly. One of the highlights of my stay was the relaxing in-room massage service, which was very convenient and enjoyable after a long day. The hotel’s location is excellent—it’s centrally located and easily accessible to shopping malls, stores, restaurants, and the airport. This made it very convenient for our family to get around and enjoy our time in Davao. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Acacia Hotel Davao to families looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We look forward to staying here again in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall, it was a good stay. I would like to stay here again in the near future. + We stayed for 2 nights, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. The room was comfortable, and I had a pleasant experience overall. − * There was a drainage smell upon arriving at the doorstep. * It took me a while to check in. I'm not sure what happened, but I was expecting a warmer and more enthusiastic welcome (front desk). * The breakfast was good, but I don't think it was worth the ₱1,000+ price. * The guard or staff at the front door didn't help us get a taxi or take the initiative to assist. * I was hoping for a nice signature scent throughout the hotel. It smelled fine, but not like other hotels that have a more memorable scent.

Close to shopping and the airport. + Great location. I particularly liked the excellent buffet breakfast. − Free parking included in the booking.com price, but access to the underground carpark is by valet parking only, for which there is a charge.
