Great spot, great staff, didn’t refill the shampoo and soaps in the shower though. + Amazing views − On the last day the smell of rotten sewer filled the room. Moved us to another room but all our stuff was still in original. Nothing was offered.

I don't know how this hotel stays open. Only a few staff to help you. + Restaurant was okay − Faculty was very stingy with bathroom supplies like toilet paper and towels and staff went through my luggage.

Great place to stay + Absolutely beautiful place just a few mins from town square, they offer a free ride to town square and back whenever you need. All the staff were really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. We stayed here for 2 nights and then relocated to a different hotel to experience all of El Nido. But I wished we just stayed at this hotel. − When it was high tide you had to go around the steep hill way

+ The staff was absolutely amazing in every department from the front desk to the restaurant. The bell staff was so helpful in offering drives to the town center and to other areas that were washed out with mud. The breakfast was absolutely stunning including the breakfast staff. − The only real downside was the bugs, and you cant really fault the nest for that. Mostly the ants were troublesome on the terrace and even in the room. Perhaps some peet control measured could be improved. It did not have a huge impact one our stay however.

Hotel with an amazing view but lacking in cleanliness + The staff at the property were kind and helpful when we needed assistance. The property grounds were well-maintained, and the breathtaking view from the beach in front of the property was a highlight. The food at the on-site restaurant was also good. − We booked a three-night, four-day stay in an oceanfront bungalow. As soon as we checked in, my family noticed ants crawling all over the bathroom floor and in the room adjacent to it. I tried to overlook the issue since we were near the beach. However, that night, when I woke up to use the restroom, I found a cockroach scurrying around. I managed to suppress my scream to avoid waking my family. I attempted to kill it myself, but it escaped. The following night, my son woke up in the middle of the night and found the cockroach again. This time, he managed to kill it. The ants were a persistent problem throughout our stay. We contacted the front desk for assistance, and they brought …

Apparently, they're shutting down for lack of business. + The place looked lovely and fancy, with an immaculate garden and walkways, entry and bungalows, and the view from farther down of the islands is incredible, and the restaurant was nice, while the rooms were also nice, nicely decorated, ignoring the giant TV that we had no need for, comfortable beds, excellent AC, and I was very pleased, and proud that I'd selected such a nice place for my guests. − I'd like to know why the staff found it necessary to play music in the restaurant area at all hours of the morning, day and evening. Why can't there just be silence. I'm not a Buddhist sitting in silent meditation, I listen to music in my car, use headphones to listen to music in my own home, but when I want to think, or sleep, or go outside for a walk, I turn it off. + Clean, neat. − Breakfast was very poor, every tomato was counted. Staff seemed at times very helpful, but also tired and not very servicable. The kitchen did not seem to like when we asked to refill , and gave us a not plesant feeling. The worst part is the location, if you are not mobile, skip this hotel. Every time you want to go out you have a long unconvinient way to go.

El hotel fue un poco decepcionante + Está un poco apartado del pueblo pero eso hace que estés en una zona más tranquila y apartado del bullicio. Además, el hotel tiene a tu servicio los tuktuk gratuitos para llevarte y traerte al centro del pueblo. − Está un poco descuidado (no sé si por ser temporada baja), las habitaciones viejas y los baños dejan mucho que desear. Tuvimos muchas hormigas en la habitación y también en el baño.

+ We had a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly, the room was decent, and the view from the pool was amazing. − Breakfast is served in very small quantities, with not much choice. You constantly have to ask them to refill the milk or fruit, as they only bring a small amount at a time. It’s worth noting that the hotel is located at the end of the bay, so you need to take the hotel’s tuk-tuk every time you want to go into town. It’s only a 5-minute ride and the service is free.
