affordable hotel stay + strategic location. value for money. courteous staff. extra towels and water came − the bathroom smelled musty/old even with the exhaust fan turned on, gave the room outdated feeling.

+ the staff were good − water dispenser is always out of water, have to call the front desk the AC is old and noisy

+ Staff was attentive. Breakfast was good. Has a tiny tub. − Parts of the hotel smell bad, for example lifts. Network problems on my last night stay, presumably caused by rain. "Fix" was to physically replace the router in my room.... Which ofc fixed nothing.. No view.

My Manila office is so close I can walk there in business attire comfortably. + The location was very close to my business meetings. It was a bonus that the hotel was so close to Greenhills Mall as well! The LRT-3 station is also close. Very convenience. − The pool area could have been a bit more tidy.
