Thin veneer of service. Overpriced and underwhelming. + At one end of the main pedestrian seafront footpath, the Aqua purports to be a notch above the other hotels on the path. The entrance is protected by a friendly guard, as you cannot use their facilities for free. Day passes are available if you wish to use their pool which oddly come with a free lunch. The rooms are well provisioned and clean, though the fierce A/C and the loose fitting door to the balcony competed with each other for who would produce the most condensation. It's expensive compared to the other hotels in the same area but unfortunately the premium price tag is badly let down by the hotel staff. If you wish to do something that is 'everyday business' then their training seems to have covered that. If you want something different (like the sauce for the pasta on the side rather than on the pasta) it throws everyone into a wobble of apoplectic confusion. Perfect location with pleasant facilities, an ideal resort for a relaxing holiday on Boracay. + Great location right at Station 1 of White Beach. The swimming pool is beautiful and the property is very clean. Staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast has a good variety of tasty food, very convenient for beach trips. − No major areas for improvement. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect + Het personeel en het zwembad, het ontbijt, de transfer(optioneel) de receptie, de gym, de bar…. Eigenlijk alles. We hebben er zo genoten. − Het gebrek aan fatsoen van sommige gasten, die te goed waren om bijvoorbeeld hun eigen handdoek in te leveren. Ik denk vooral uit landen met maar één partij. Die hebben dan toch andere normen . Maar daar kan het hotel niks aandoen

+ מיקום נוח ושקט מאוד ביחס לחוף הלבן , צוות ידידותי מאוד, יש להם הסעות לדי מול שזה נוח מאוד למרות שזה כמה דקות הליכה , ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד, מקום נקי ושקט , חדר כושר טוב , חדר ענק עם שירות חדרים מעולה.

We had a great time at this hotel! Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We would definitely come back. + It was close to everything and yet very quiet. The room was ginormous and lots of light. Very modern interiors and clean − 1. The shataf in our bathroom was on the left side 2. Pool bar could be open all day 3. The Tv in our suite was too small or could be placed better 4. The service phone could be in the bedroom and livingroom 5. The kitchenette is fully equipped but no utensils nor was allowed to be used

We loved our stay. The hotel has a beachfront and the pools are big. Breakfast buffet has great selections. The staff we + It’s located on the quiet side of the island and it’s still close to the center.
