The room is dusty,charges keep charging, and the staff are not sure how much to charge. + Its close to Ayala and to the city., − The room is dusty, my children were sneezing a lot. For the value, pls clean your room nicely. And prices and charges keep changing. While my sister and children were still eating, the staff stood there and ask impatiently for the payment! The heck! You think people are going to run away? Be professional pls. Let people enjoy their stay, payment can be settled anytime.

Excellent in Every Way — Wish We'd Stayed Longer + Everything was excellent from arrival to checkout. The staff and front desk were efficient and friendly, the room was great, and laundry service was a nice bonus. Breakfast buffet included with the room felt like fine dining — quality was outstanding. Location is perfect, right next to Ayala Mall for easy shopping and close to the port for onward travel. Wish we'd stayed longer to enjoy the pool, gym, and spa. − Honestly nothing stood out negatively — our only regret is not staying longer to fully enjoy the facilities.

The staff in all departments carry the place I was sad to leave their support + Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The entire time staff every day were outstanding. U hope management really jus to much they are the cornerstone to the management if the entire team The corridors to rooms were extremely tired and a disgrace − Very chabby corridors that need a radical overhaul immediately

A clean, convenient stay with a great breakfast and some surprisingly nice amenities + Clean, great location within walking distance of the mall, and a great breakfast buffet. Apparently, they also offer 24/7 in room massages, which is a pretty cool amenity! Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to take advantage of it since we were only there for a short time and were traveling with family.

Convenient location and Good service! + Great Location, very bear and walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants. The staffs services are excellent throughout and very attentive. − The pool is close during this time. The breakfast is crowded and you have to wait sometimes to be sitted.
