Not a hotel for tourists, clearly not 3-star hotel + This hotel is on Av Ejercito, it is a highly commercial avenue, with the tram line and lots of garbage on the ground in front of the hotel and the nearby shops. It is not situated in the touristic area of Cusco. You have to walk at least 10 minutes in dirty streets before getting to the Av del Sol. The personnel does not speak English, so they were unable to help us make further trip reservations. The first evening, we had no hot water in the shower. We had to wait until morning to get hot water. The second evening, we had no cold water, so no way to clean or flush the toilet. Not all rooms are the same. We had to visit through 5-6 room before we found one that made sense. Many rooms had mold problems, or were simply not what we needed to lodge 4 people. Fortunately, the beds were clean.

Photos make their hotel look better than what it r + The photos make the hotel look better than what it really is!! No adequate lighting at night, extremely rude customer service and no English speaking. Also no hair dryers like what they stated, no airport shuttle existing, and the front desk couches are tore up and television is so old!! Horrible experience

Uh, Where do I begin? + Have you ever stayed in a hotel where you were the only person in the entire hotel? That's a bad sign, right? I've stayed in 50+ different hotels in the past 6 months. This place takes home the silver in the Worst Hotel Ever Olympics. They have a computer which they use to store post it notes. That's why I had to explain 3 times that I had already paid for my room in advance. It defies logic how this place continues to turn a profit. Staff was OK, they just went through the motions but generally seemed liked nice people.

+ Recepcionistas despreparados, café horrível preparado pela própria recepcionista (apenas café simples com pão com manteiga) e local perigoso e sinistro.

Standard amenities nothing fancy but comfortable + The staff are very sweet, they do not speak English but Google translator has been a great source of communication. The hotel is nothing special it is a true 3 star where you will have a clean bed, hot water shower and wifi, not much else. Breakfast consists of a bun and jam which seems to be the typical breakfast as our other hotels have served the same. We have been able to walk to many major areas that we wanted to in the city such as an artisan market, many squares and Choco Museo. All our tour have been able to pick us up as we are close enough to the city center for pick up. Over all good experience.

+ Los dueños se portaron increíble, atendieron toda necesidad que tuvimos y fueron muy gentiles. Los chicos que están en recepción dejan mucho que desear puesto que no conocen bien la zona y no resolvieron dudas que tuvimos.

+ It is a hotel with the basic services, staff with very limited English, however, very nice and helpful. It is clean, breakfast every morning. If you need a place to sleep and take a shower this place will fulfill your expectations. 15 minutes walk to city center, wished it was closer.

+ This is a budget hotel - but the value and service for the price cannot be beat. I stayed here for 6 nights when I was in Cusco and my single room was private, clean, private bathroom with plenty of hot running water and in a very convenient location. The area is convenient for the main attractions of Cusco - however it would not be suitable for everyone. The markets that run outside the hotel on both sides attract a lot of people and it’s busy and could be a little intimidating for some. I never felt anything but safe and the hotel staff seemed to have a good handle on potential problems. They even looked after my luggage for a whole day before I flew home and were always helpful and welcoming. I would recommend if you like a slice of the local life and are on a budget!
