Excellent location and service. Very comfortable hotel. + We stayed 3 nights here in a Deluxe room (inc Breakfast). On arrival, check-in was friendly and efficient and our room overlooking the neighbourhood was excellent - very spacious, clean, bright and comfortable and very quiet. We had dinner here twice and the food was very good. We chose to eat at a nearby restaurant, La Linterna Pizzeria (see separate review) for a change one night. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, boutiques, etc in very easy walk. Neighbourhood safe (police/security patrolling) and busy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

− The room sizes displayed in booking are overestimated. The classic king can’t have more then 17 m2 and has a 20 cm open hanger as a closet with no shelves or drawers. Not acceptable in a four star hotel. But the real problem was the reception staff. I asked to upgrade (me paying!) to a bigger room with a real closet and they told me the hotel was fully booked. Went to booking and there were rooms available! Went back and they argued booking overbooks?! Insane. After I got upset and left, they called back saying they had a room afterall that needed cleaning and would be ready in one hour which was fine. Unnecessary argument and zero client service atittude. Not only they give false information about the room sizes, they have zero client service.

Genial para pasar unos días en Lima + Está ubicado en una zona segura y linda. La decoración y el estilo del hotel es bonito. Las camas y habitaciones muy cómodas. La atención del manager Miguel fue excelente. − Nos habría gustado recibir ayuda con las maletas en la llegada y salida.

Wonderful stay for 10 nights + Stayed for 10 nights and very much enjoyed the experince, special mention to Frank and team on reception who were most helpful, kind and informative, and Andrea and team in the restaurant whose service was superb - thank you to all for a great stay!

Fedeltà premiata, cliente soddisfatto + Essendo ritornati come tappa prima di ripartire da Lima, ci hanno fatto una sorpresa premiandoci con un upgrade gratuito alla suite al settimo piano (peccato che avessimo il taxi per l’aeroporto alle 4.15 del mattino e abbiamo passato solo una parte della notte in questa stanza fantastica). Ciliegina sulla torta: dato che la colazione apriva dopo la nostra partenza, ci hanno fatto trovare una box da asporto. − Nulla

Hotel bello, qualità del servizio in camera e di accoglienza da poter potenziare + Camera con letto molto grande e tendenzialmente pulita. Posizione centrale nel quartiere di San Isidro a due passi dal golf club dove poter andare a correre e vicina al parco degli Ulivi dove passeggiare o fare colazione − Qualità del room service (sandwich) non all’altezza, non ci è stata data la possibilità di lavarci prima dell’orario del check-in (atterravamo a Lima alle 4.30 del mattino dopo due scali)

+ O hotel é excelente. A decoração é excepcional e as camas são maravilhosas, com lençóis Trousseau. As fotos online não fazem jus ao local, pessoalmente nos surpreendemos. Custo-benefício excelente em Lima. − O box aberto não me agrada muito, pois o banheiro acaba ficando com água depois de 2 banhos.
