+ Location- clean - stuff good − I reach at 4:00 they let me wait 30 min then they give me room not ready again went to reception they give me another room then the card is not working so total wasted time 1 hour for nothing also the price in session is very high

فندق ممتاز لكن انتبه مستوى العزل بين الغرف كانّه ستارة + موقع الفندق ممتاز والخدمات جيدة − الفندق غريب مستوى العزل فيه صفر لدرجة انه جارك إذا تكلم في التيلفون تسمعه كانّه بينك وبينه ستارة

+ the rooms and hotel are very clean and the staff are friendly and extremely responsive. Whenever we requested anything it was provided immediately without any waiting. − the main issue we experienced was the noise insulation. We could hear almost everything from the hallway, including people talking, walking, and closing doors. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep.Improving the soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable.

عدم العودة مرة أخرى بسبب الإزعاج + موظفين الإستقبال − التنظيف سئ والعاملين في التنظيف مزعجين عدم وجود عازل للصوت الإزعاج في كل أرجاء الفندق عدم إتخاذ إجراء في شكوى قدمتها الشراشف والفوط قديمة

+ The hotel was very neat & clean. Rooms were of good size. Staff was very sweet and always ready to help. The food was awesome...I will 100% recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Salalah
