+ Everything was nice in the hotel, except that there was an unpleasant smell in the hotel corridors as well as the rooms, but the staff cooperated with us and they were perfuming the place on a daily basis

+ This place is an absolute disaster and should be avoided at all costs, especially if you're traveling with family. My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare. First off, there is NO room service provided, which is simply unacceptable. For two whole days, our room wasn't cleaned, and when we approached the reception about this, we were met with rude and dismissive behavior. They had the audacity to tell us that the staff was too busy to clean our room. It felt like they couldn’t care less about their guests. Basic amenities like plates, spoons, or even proper towels? Forget about it. We were left to fend for ourselves in what was supposed to be a service apartment. We booked the property for 5 people and there were only bed for 4 people, when asked for an extra mattress we have been asked for an additional 5OMR charge per day. The cherry on top of this disaster was the parking situation. There is NO parking available at the hotel. They instruct you to park on the roadside,…

Good value for money + Good location in downtown Salalah. Also not too far away from the airport and the bus station. Also reasonably priced too.
