حرام انه يكون هذا الفندق مصنف كفندق 5 نجوم − للأسف، كانت هذه أسوأ تجربة لي مع فنادق هيلتون، وأقول ذلك بعد تجارب سابقة عديدة وممتازة مع فنادق تابعة لنفس المجموعة، بالبدايه انتظار ما يقارب 50 دقيقة لاستلام الغرفة، وهو وقت طويل وغير مبرر المفاجأة أن الغرفة لم تكن نظيفة بالشكل المطلوب وهالشي مو مقبول من فندق 5 نجوم أما المطعم كان مليئًا بالحشرات ، ومنطقة احواض السباحه لم تكون مثل ما شهادته بالموقع ومكان الالعاب المائية كان مغلق سبق أن أقمت في عدة فنادق هيلتون وكانت تجاربي مختلفة تمامًا، ولهذا أستطيع القول بكل أسف إن هذه كانت أسوأ تجربة لي مع هيلتون حتى الآن … Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a Hilton hotel. I say this after having many excellent experiences with other Hilton properties in the past. To begin with, I had to wait nearly 50 minutes to receive my room, which was an unreasonable and unacceptable delay. + الموقع ممتاز والغرفة نظيفة وكبيرة جدا − مافي حد يساعد بالسيارة والمواقف السيارات ما توقف بشكل جيد فنطر نوقف اخر المواقف لا يوجد مستلزمات في الحمام

Breakfast is good, restaurant on the beach is not well. Swimming pool needs to be renovated to look more up to date. The + Staff is great, special thanks to Maria, Guest relation manager. − Condition is old, facilities need to be renovated.

Best resort hotel in Salalah. + Excellent Resort Hotel with Breakfast with too many varities. Also good restaurant for Dinner. Sufficient parkings are available. Rooms are big with 2 Queen beds. Sea view from Hotel rooms.

+ they arranged a good treat for my anniversary staff are welcoming room is wonderful − delay while asking for room service requests . parking lots are very tight and it is difficult to find one sometimes . food menu is quite expensive compared to portions and no variety some days .
