The most important thing for Hiring an employee is about character & knowing how to respect toward elders + Atmosphere of outside of hotel + water sport activity − I didn’t like Sameeh (receptionist) from the beginning of my travel ! Services are really weak & most of the requirements needs pay money even dates 🤪

A luxurious and relaxing stay overall. + The resort had a beautiful, luxurious ambiance and was a lovely place to stay. My room had a stunning view overlooking the entire resort, which I really enjoyed. Although it was quite a long walk from the reception and main entrance, the pool and beach were easy to access. − The receptionist at check-in was polite, but the interaction didn't feel as warm or welcoming as I expected from a resort of this standard. I also had an uncomfortable experience on my final day. I had a late-night flight. I asked about staying at the resort after checking out at 12 PM and was told by the reception that I was welcome to do so and could use the spa facilities. I had also booked a massage that afternoon. After my treatment, the therapist kindly took me towards the spa facilities so I could relax there for a while, but the spa receptionist seemed reluctant to allow this, which made the interaction unnecessarily awkward, especially as I had specifically been …

Relaxing + Good location − Booking.com online reservation system does not integrate with the hotels reservation system, so upon arrival there was no automatic record of my reservation. Fortunately this was sorted by the hotel as they were quiet and had rooms available
