+ Great location. Good sized rooms and nice to have 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite. − The constant noise from the hotel wide air/fan system made sleep a challenge. Earplugs are necessity. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay again due to the noise.

Excellent central quiet and functional. + It was a clean functional 2 bedroom apartment near beehive. Away from bustle of downtown courtenay place. − We have only one suggestion. Get rid of the multitude of small shampoo and body wash tubes and get large fixed dispensers . Save the planet a little bit at a time !

Perfect weekend stay + Great location, close to supermarket and Lambton Quay shopping/cafes. The bed was very comfortable. Large shower. Decent size room. Great for a weekend in the city.

Great location + Central location and access via the Terrace and Lambton Quay. Apartment was clean and functional. − Had to move apartments because in the first one there was a loud humming coming from the ceiling above one of the bedrooms. Second apartment had one bedroom that was very noisy from external air con and street noise. All the pillows were too thick and no option for a thinner pillow was available from the staff.

Great location for Vic Uni Open Day weekend. Easy to get to Lambton Quay as well. Generally fine. + The photos of the rooms were nicer than actual rooms - a little more furniture in lounge like a coffee table and bedside lamp on both sides of bed would've been nice. − A bit sparse but generally comfortable. Not complaining, just giving feedback.

Can't beat the location + Great central location and nice & quiet. − The room was a little tired in places, particularly the carpet.

Good value. Good location. + location. easy access. comfy beds. helpful staff − cleanliness - towels were changed but room was not hoovered whilst we were there. Would have also been nice if TV was able to stream.

+ Great spot. Great room view and great to have a full kitchen − The shower was hit and miss. Hot water took a very long time to warm up but then other times very quickly
