+ Incredible property for a low-reasonable price. Last minute booking was a saving grace for me and my partner.

Beautiful location, nice and comfy room. Hot tub could be hotter and jets should be on. + Pool area was nice, room was comfortable. − Hot tubs could be hotter and the jets should be turned on. Hauling luggage up steps wasn't great.

+ The location was nice. The service was good from reception. − The room wasn't kept well, wasnt clean. The heater in my room wasnt working, it shut off in the middle of the night. The bathroom towel rod heat also wasn't working at all. The bathroom overall was dirty.

Sufficient, but wouldn't rush back. + Reception was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was extensive, with lots of spas available. Good parking available. − Room smelt like a fish and chip shop and just didn't feel clean and modern, which was the impression I had got when checking in at reception. Was disappointed for the price.

Would not stay again- for 300 a night there are much better places to stay + The initial walk in creates a nice resort feel and the hot pools are a nice touch. − The rest of the property is a run down motor lodge not a resort at all. The bedroom was particularly bad and we had a bright strobe light shining in through a window with no curtain all night. The room was also dirty and musky smelling and my duvet smelt of someone else’s perfume.

+ Clean − Not a smart TV so no netflix etc. Gave us the wrong room on check in and then made like it was our problem when we asked to be put in the correct room. Even asked us "why didn't we know when we checked it" ( i dont know what rooms are what).Washing machine is old and had no instructions on how to use it, held my laudry hostage for 4 hours. I would say the biggest let down was the lack of approachability and accountability from staff when issues arose. That would have changed everything dramatically.
