位置好，设施一般 + 位置特别好, 对面就是沙滩, 市区内都可以步行, 很方便, 酒店后面就是停车场 − 晚上有点吵，隔音不大行，一直能听到开关门，楼道里声音。另外房间空调也没有遥控，尽管员工很nice的解释了原因，需要调温度也可以打去前台让他们调，但始终还是不方便

Excellent spot. Friendly staff. Would stay again. + Great location. Beautiful view and spacious room. − Got a little rowdy outside on Friday night but the Warriors had a good win that night. I didn’t realise I could order breakfast off the menu. I would have preferred to do that but the poached egg the staff made me was excellent. The notice in room for laundry suggested that if we had laundry down by 8.30 it could be collected at 4pm but it seemed that was not standard and dry cleaner had to be called by reception to do an urgent request. Not sure if there was additional cost for that or not, so was a little misleading. They did a good job though.

+ Our room had a lovely view, and was very relaxing, we normally stay here when in Napier very clean room and a lovely restaurant, easy walking distance to towns centre.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Most efficient and clean and beautifully presented hotel. + So welcoming, friendly, and amazing outlook across the water. Fantastic to have a lovely restaurant on site.

+ The location and the views − The renovation work was very loud, only for a few minutes, but it woke me up as I was taking advantage of having a 2 night stop over and sleep in!
