We really enjoyed our stay, and I would highly recommend this place based on the great location. + The location was fabulous. We could take the bus from the airport and get dropped off right in front of the hotel. Plus the location is perfect for walking around Trondheim and being able to easily visit several historical and cultural sites like the big cathedral, the library, and the flower bridge. Plus, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. When we had to leave on an early train and would have to miss breakfast, the staff made sure we had sack breakfasts to take with us. We really appreciated the kindness and hospitality. − Honestly, I was really pleased with the hotel. We didn't realize at first that we had to put our key card in a slot by the door to make the electricity work, so it would have been helpful to a have a little sign indicating to do that. Luckily the staff came to the rescue and helped us figure that out.

+ Good location, friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast. − Breakfast is until 9h30 that is a bit early for us. Very overpriced even for Norway. I could not connect to wifi with one of my mobiles!

Sistemazione Ottima + Hotel molto bello, elegante e ben gestito. Staff gentile e disponibile, camera sufficientemente spaziosa, con TV e tavolino per poter lavorare al PC. Posizione assolutamente perfetta per girare la città a piedi. Ci tornerei. − Il parcheggio interrato è piuttosto caro, sarebbe bello se facessero delle convenzioni con i clienti dell'hotel. Mi aspettavo delle ciabattine in camera.

+ Tolle Lage, der Nidaros Dom und viele Restaurants sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Ikke tilfredsstillende mat, ligge-komforten ikke god nok, + Utsikten, beliggenheten og personalet. Opp − Maten, først og fremst. Frokosten innfridde ikke - speileggene var nesten kalde, bløtkokte egg var harde, brødet hadde uvanlig harde skorper, pannekakene var seige og sursilda smakte kun salt. Røkelaksen lå i et eneste rot på serveringsfatet og var av billig kvalitet og baconet var alt for mye stekt - ikke sprøtt, men hardt som stein og smakløs. Vi fikk ikke renhold første dagen som avtalt. Vi hadde bestilt kontinentalseng, men måtte nøye oss med en smalere og hardere seng. For dårlig renhold.
