Topservice in hartje centrum + Perfecte ligging in centrum. Alles te voet kunnen verkennen. Kleine kamers maar prima omdat je toch hele dag op pad bent. Een extra kleine maaltijd aan eind van de middag was een verrassing die met grote waardering is ontvangen.

Achtung: Tiefgaragenplatz im Thom-Hotel nebenan = 50€/Tsg! + Lage, Top Frühstücksbuffet, Upgrade zur Suite − Wurden zunächst in Zimmer 121 gebucht - oberhalb einer Karaoké-Bar!!! Jeden Tag Live-Musik bis ; Uhg morgens. Mussten in der 1. Nacht das Zimmer wechseln. Zimmer 122 viel zu laut, konnten kein Auge schließen…

Modern hotel meets historical area + The location was great - super close to the harbor, City Hall, the Parliament. The room was very modern, efficient and well-designed. The dining room where breakfast was served was very comfortable. − I didn't find the lobby to be very welcoming and didn't feel like it matched the rest of the hotel. The staff was very stressed when we arrived due to our early arrival while others were checking out, so it wasn't an initially welcoming experience. That said, they ended up being very friendly and helpful.

Plus jamais Thon Hotels + L'emplacement. Le garage − Accueil impersonnel. Chambre non conforme sous toit 8 eme étage chaud et sans ouverture. Chambre de remplacement proposée plus petite avec literie hors d'usage sans compensation financière. Climatisation inefficace et non ajustable. Vue sur salle buffet. Chambre et salle de bains défraîchie. Hôtel labyrinthe. Très cher pour les prestations. TV non connectée. Nous terminons nos 16 nuits en Norvège dont 4 dans des Thon Hotels : plus jamais. Ils ne noys avaient pas habitués à cela les années passées. Hôtel vieillissant et dépassés. Personnel aux compétences limitées.

+ Świetna lokalizacja blisko centrum. − Pomimo rezerwacji miejsca postojowego w garażu, nie było dla mnie wolnego miejsca. Po interwencji w recepcji powiedziano mi, że mogę sobie zaparkować na miejscu dla serwisu hotelu, na którym była sterta jakiegoś żelastwa.

Muy buen hotel ! + Nos gusto la ubicación , todo cerca . El desayuno , el personal súper amable, la limpieza en las habitaciones . Todo muy bueno . − No nos gustó la cama que te agregan cuando somos 3 . Era muy dura para descansar bien . Deberían ver ese tema y cambiar por colchones más confortables .
