+ La gentilezza dello staff, la pulizia, la posizione e la possibilità di parcheggio auto (ad Amsterdam parcheggiare in strada, a seconda delle zone, può costare fino a 35€ al giorno!) − Il bagno della camera, pulito e in ordine, ma sembrava di essere nella cabina di un traghetto 😬

+ The location is pretty good, very close to public trasport, you can reach the center in 20 minutes. The hotel is clean and the rooms have all the essentials. The staff was great and very welcoming. Having a water dispenser is very useful to cut down on plastic waste − The AC in the room cannot be controlled and it's set at a much higher temperature than the hallway, which doesn't make any sense. The carpet in the room could do with a professional clean since it was a bit stained

− Staff were unapproachable Location is no where near food or a convenience store They would only give you small little paper cups. Not even plastic. No kettle. Ridiculously priced

+ There's a great range of breakfast items. There was a water fountain for free refill of your water bottle. − There was only one size of towel and more importantly only one towel per person was given. I stayed with my friend. Her towel on arrival was dirty. We called reception and they did come and offered us another one. It's a pity there wasn't coffee making facility in the room.
