Prático e confortável. + Quarto amplo, confortável e com muita luz natural. Processos eficientes de check-in/out. Boa localização perto dos acessos aos Voldel Park e Museumplein, além de ponto do TRAM localizado na Leidseplein. − Muito carpete nos corredores. Box com banheira muito pequena, escorregadia e com sistema de chuveiro baixo.

An uncomfortable experience + The location − The receptionist’s inappropriate and unprofessional attitude, along with the uncomfortably hot air conditioning, made the experience very unpleasant.

The hotel does not perform like a 5 star, some botique hotels have much better care and service. Little development of t + It was close to the trams station and open space − Staff were very grumpy in the morning, and the housekeeping are not cleaning the floors. Rest of the team were friendly overall. Phones were not working and even after complaining, the receptionist was not bothered. The decorative lights, lighting up the hotel is uncomfortable during our stay and the curtains don’t cover up all edges which allows sun or other lights to bleed in.

A great work day at Marriott + This is a unique providing dependable full-service hotel experience with strong business and leisure facilities. I had a work day here and as a team we enjoyed the environment. Good hygiene and great food.

Excellent Hotel + Had a wonderful stay at Amsterdam Marriott Hotel. The location is outstanding-right next to Leidseplein and within walking distance of many of Amsterdam's top attractions, museums, restaurants, and shopping streets. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to suit different tastes. Everything was well prepared, and the staff kept the buffet well stocked throughout the morning. I have to highlight a nice gesture of the maintance who fixed our outlet very fast, thank you Stefanos for the nice service!

Saldo bloqueado − Tengo los 2000 euros cargados desde el día 10 y 2500 euros en la visa bloqueados desde el el día 06 . NUNCA me había ocurrido esto en ningún viaje. Desde el 10 de agosto sin poder pagar con mi visa de BBVA. Suerte que tengo otro tarjeta en otro banco . Y hoy 23 de agosto sigo igual

+ Comfortable. Spacious. Great location. Restaurant and bar are excellent. − The only remark I have is that there is a bad odor that comes and goes. I usually stay at the Marriott on my work trips and it is always the same odor. I believe it is connected to the canal, but, still, it is a bad odor that I cant ignore.
