But everything else was excellent. I love this place cause everything is nearby. They have a restaurant there. + Staff friendly very nice team − I been going to this Hotel for so many years but today it was so noisy it was 6 AM. It was too noisy. Loud music screaming.children’s screaming running in the hallway

It was ok. For the price I would stay at the Marriott or Hilton. But their location is close to the − The TV is old, and makes screeching sounds. Pillows are big and hard. Beds are hard for my family. But im ok with it.

They are under new management. The restuarant menu had changed. Very good. They only need to update the rooms. + Safe, convenient and close to my purpose. − They should work on their internet and smart TV.

My first time at this hotel was great but the second time will be my last. Way over price. I paid $140 for one night nex + Safe, and. security 24hrs 7 days a week − The room was not that clean. The shower door was missing, ac was not working at the beginning, tv was not turning on. I did complain about the ac it was useless to complain about the other things. The girls in the reception was not that helpful or friendly.

Buen hotel y buena atención + La ubicación es buena, sin embargo al estar en el centro de la ciudad sabemos que no es una zona agradable, pero se compensa con la calidad del hotel, la atención del personal y las instalaciones. Si regreso.

Two and a half star hotel. Noisy on the weekends with drunk people + Good location to bars and restaurants − No toilet paper in Room on arrival. Slight delay as clerk gave wrong access code. Safe was already locked. All was fixed right away.
