Vacation + JD and Devil are truly amazing friends! They bring so much energy and positivity wherever they go. JD is reliable and always there when you need support, while Devil has a great sense of humor that can lighten up any situation. Together, they make a fantastic team and anyone would be lucky to have them as friends!

Un hotel que tiene lo básico para pasar unos días en familia con una playa espectacular. + La playa es lo mejor del hotel, amplia, limpia, cristalina… Las instalaciones están correctas y las piscinas para los niños. Las actividades también pero extrañé un kids club donde los pudiera dejar un ratito con las monitoras. − La comida era un poco repetitiva y el restaurante asiático pequeño y el sabor de la comida todo igual (a salsa de soja). El más agradable fue el mexicano en las instalaciones del lunch, cerca de la playa. No me gustó que no pudieras comer snack fuera del área de restaurante o en las piscinas ya que te limita la movilidad con los niños. Los cuartos ya están un poco anticuados pero por otro las camas son cómodas.

Beautiful beach, very clean, great staff, bad food. + Resort itself is beautiful. Grounds are very well kept and staff is seen working tirelessly to keep it that way. Most of the bar tenders were very friendly. Rooms on the smaller side but were very clean, housekeeping staff was superb. Entertainment crew did a wonderful job with games and entertainment, top notch. Pools were very clean. Theater/show area was a little dated. Beach is stunning. Can’t be beat. Which is why I’m guessing people return to this resort. Always lots of chairs open at the pool and the beach. Drinks were really good. Beach and pool drink service was also top notch, much more attentive than other resorts we’ve been to. Now the food..I am by no means a very picky person, nor is my family. But the food was honestly really bad. It was challenging to find something decent to eat, particularly at dinner. We stayed a week and got 2 “specialty” dinner reservations. This was a first for me. Best trip + We had an excellent vacation! Thanks in large part to the activity staff, including notably, Diego, JD, and the service staff, including Danna, who always served our drinks with a smile. We love the Allegro and anticipate returning in the near future.

Diego is the Best + We had a wonderful stay at the Allegro! 🌴☀️ The beach was absolutely incredible — truly a little piece of paradise. 🏖️ The room was a bit small, and the food was decent, although nothing exceptional. A special mention to Diego, our amazing animator! 😄 He was funny, kind, energetic, and always in a great mood. He really brought the resort to life and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Diego, for all the fun and great memories! 👏❤️

Look for Arbey! + Allegro was a ton of fun! Been to Cozumel a few times and this was the best resort so far!! Great mix of beautiful diving and great stay. Shout-out to Arbey, the most incredible entertainer and amazing person!!

Good stay t + The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful, the landscaping is very nice, the restaurants and buffet is very good. − Take to much time to do check in, you can’t make the restaurant reservation on the same day you do the check in, the room had a bed smell, A/C unit was leaking inside the room in front of lavatory.

Estuve una sola noche, pero valió la pena. + Sin dudarlo la playa, la piscina de niños muy linda y util, el jacuzzi genial. Las áreas verdes hermosas. − La comida podria ser un poquito más variada y mas sabroza. El personal no es que no fuera amable, sino que se pueden esforzar un poquito mas.
