+ The property was clean, the staff was attentive, excellent breakfast. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning is very loud, fortunately for us it wasn’t too hot in Juarez. I could only turn the air conditioning on for a few minutes to change the air. I wouldn’t be able to sleep with it on all night. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud too.

+ Cleaning service was good Checking in was good as well Did notice that when taking a shower the water shuts off and have to wait 2-3 minutes for water to come back on, but other than that Hotel is nice and quite staff is friendly.

+ When you're taking a shower, the water runs out, the sheets aren't changed, the rooms and bathrooms are badly damaged, with loose, broken tiles. Nothing like what the photos show.
