Expérience absolument incroyable - Bravo à M. Bustos et à son équipe + Tout a été absolument fluide et merveilleux, de la réservation au départ. Leur salle de sport et leur spa sont magnifiques, les restaurants, en particulier la Brasserie (restaurant français), exquis. Dans l'ensemble, les chambres et les installations étaient propres, la nourriture délicieuse et l'ambiance animée !! Ils disposent d'équipements incroyables et d'un personnel exceptionnel. C'était notre 4e séjour au Caribe et certainement pas le dernier grâce à M. Bustos et à son personnel formidable, car ils comprennent vraiment l'hospitalité. Ils ont fait plus que ce qui était attendu pour s'adapter au mieux à toutes nos demandes. Ce voyage a été vraiment incroyable et mémorable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous mes amis et ma famille !!

+ La nourriture excellente, les services, les piscines, tout était très bien. Nous avons joué au bowling et au billard. Les lits et les oreillers étaient propres et confortables. − Il y avait une fuite sous le lavabo de la chambre 5226, ce n'était pas très gênant mais ils devraient le réparer. En mer, nous avons rencontré du sargasse, je crois que c'est dans toute la Riviera Maya.

The entertainment staff was fantastic! + My family and I had an absolutely fantastic 10-day stay at Barceló Maya, and a huge part of what made our trip so memorable was the incredible entertainment staff, especially Alberto and Gabriel. From the very first day, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. They have a natural ability to make everyone feel included and special, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time at the pool. Whether they were organizing activities, joking around, or simply checking in on us, they always made us feel like more than just guests. What really stood out was how genuine and personable they were. By the end of our stay, it honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to friends rather than hotel staff. They brought so much energy and fun to our days, and their personalities made the pool one of our favorite places to spend time. Great Holiday + The complex was lovely, the staff were brilliant a real asset to the Barcelo. The restaurants are good but the food in the self service restaurants could be better by changing the selection more often and replenishing the food more often.

Muy buen lugar para unas relajantes vacaciones + Las instalaciones, limpieza, cuidado y atención del personal. La comida muy variada, buena ubicación y buena relación calidad/precio. − No le doy un 10 porque cualquier actividad o excursión que quieras realizar al margen del paquete contratado tiene un precio desorbitado, eso es algo que deberían revisar.

+ The atmosphere, the friendly staff, food, pools, rooms was great. I really got value for money. I plan to do a third trip. − The bathroom are too slippery and dangerous when wet. I almost fell. Im talking about the outdoor bathroom near the pools. All so the scenery is nice but its a lot of walking and my parents wouldn't be able to do it. The bathroom in our rooms are very small and has limited space.
