Très mauvaise expérience client + La plage et la piscine jolie Sympa pour voir les poisson − Surtout le personnel qui rend l’expérience mauvaise . Très condescendant à vouloir prendre des frais supplémentaires de tt les côtés . Par exemple j’avais réservé le petit déjeuné … et bien l’expresso est un supplément chez eux à un prix non négligeable ! En plus ce n’est pas un accès au self , ça aussi c’est en supplément . Sinon on se fait servir à table et ça dure 1h30 tellement ils sont lent …. Autre taxe : un soir nous avons voulu prendre une nounou ils ont voulu nous taxer 100 dollars de supplément juste pour qu’elle garde nos enfants sans compter le prix de la nounou … Ce n’était noté nul part , ni sur Booking ni sur les condition générale …. Un vrai abus de pouvoir … et la responsable ce soir là Elena nous riait au nez littéralement! Nous n’avons pas voulu payer cette somme et aucun compromis de leur part étant donné la non information . Nous avons dû renvoyer la nounou . Et après…

Calidad precio mejorable + Ubicacion y gimnasio − La calidad de la comida es muy mejorable en comparacion con lo que se cobra. MUY MEJORABLE. El personal tampoco esta preparado para hacer frente a contingencias mas alla del dia a dia. Perdia agua la ducha hacia el resta de la habitacion sin solucion, y pedimos comida sin gluten y la respuesta fue que fueramos a otros de sus restaurantes.

Westin Scuba Trip + I was just on a scuba trip with my friends and after 4 days of scuba, Ruth at the spa gave me an amazing deep tissue massage. It was a very relaxing experience moving through the hydrotherapy room and then ultimate to the massage. I would highly recommend her services and the Westin for anyone’s stay on the island.

Another great week at The Westin! + We spent a great week in Cozumel and at the Westin! This is our second time to stay. Javier and his staff are great, very friendly and always ready to help as needed. There are some renovations going with the main entrance but it does not detract from your experience. When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink. Vicky is a gem, she is always friendly and took good care of us with drinks and food while lounging on the beach. The spa is very nice, the water area was relaxing and I felt like I was in my own private spa. Ruth gave an amazing massage. We were very happy to see that the Gavitoas restaurant was back open after being closed for renovation. The breakfast buffet is amazing, sitting oceanside is what makes us love this restaurant! Jerso and the guys out front were always ready to help get us get a taxi and make recommendations on restaurants. It's a $10 taxi ride to Cozumel square, where there are lots of shops and restaurants to choo…

Fantastic experience + My sister and I decided to do the beach club at The Westin in Cozumel. We were blessed to have Santiago ( from Medellin, Colombia) as a waiter. He was FABULOUS , FANTASTIC, AWESOME service. He was attentive, friendly, considerate, courteous. Next time we come back I will request Santiago. He made our beach day FABULOUS.

People like Vicky make this property special. + Have stayed at this Westin many times when I have visited Cozumel and while the beach and pools are fantastic it's the people who make this property special. Our beachside server Vicky is one such example. She is the kindest, most efficient, lovely Marriott employee I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with in all of my myriad travels. She truly is a special human being and my better half and I look forward to seeing her again when we return. And return we shall because of fantastic people like her....

Easygoing atmosphere + The, hotel amenities are fantasic. The staff are very patient and understanding. Also of note, Vicky at the snack bar, served us drinks with a big smile and was very kind to us on our honeymoon. Thanks, for the good times! Will come again.

Excellent hotel in Cozumel + My wife and I stayed here and had an excellent time in Cozumel. The hotel is beautiful, and the beach is stunning. The water is incredibly clean and crystal clear blue. Even when other beaches in Cozumel have significant amounts of seaweed, this beach had very little, which made our experience even more enjoyable.Both pools are beautiful, and we loved spending time swimming and relaxing by them. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. One waiter in particular, Vicky, stood out for being exceptionally friendly, efficient, and professional.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cozumel.

Room cleaning + Very clean and well organized! Our cleaner did a beautiful job of fixing our room up for us everyday and creating little animals and decorations out of towels and things for her! She loved it!
