Family Fun but Expensive Preferred Club All Inclusive Costs + Family friendly with lots of activities. All inclusive costs are always expensive. Preferred Club All Inclusive costs are even more expensive and not worth the money in my personal opinion. The only reason we wanted it was to have connected rooms for our family of 5, including 3 children. We didnt want to risk being separated so we paid $2500 for the upgrade to preferred club to have connected rooms. We didn't receive $2500 in benefits but we did have our rooms connected.

For couples, couples with kids, and singles too! + Beautiful family friendly resort! I stayed here for two weeks with a friend and loved every moment. Waking up in the morning and heading to Cocoa café for a cold brew coffee and then to the buffet for a freshly made to order omelet was the best way to start the day. Then, we would typically sit out at the beach chairs and enjoy the ocean breeze. At noon we did aqua aerobics and at 4pm we did aqua Zumba both at the infinity pool. Fun for all ages. The entertainment team was top notch! Kevin brought the party and magic, Tania brought her Beautiful and kind smile, Miguel brought his fun and bubbly personality, Didier brought the energy. DJ Ivan and Luis kept the speakers running and the music fun. Managers Angel and Rebecca were so welcoming, you felt right at home! The shows at night were the best I've seen at any resort I've been to, very impressive. The food was good. My favorite restaurant were the hibachi and Asian which were lo…

Great family experience + Drisdey did an awesome job getting people to participate and made our kids feel comfortable during events. The tequila tasting was great with Jorge and I was able to learn a lot. Everything about this place was great and the service was outstanding. The crew did a great job of getting people involved but were not too pushy.

Allergy nightmare + I visited this resort with my husband and 2 children, who are 3 and 7 years old. The hotel itself is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the entertainment was great. Even the food quality was good. The only negative thing I can say, and it's a big negative, was that their handling of food allergies was absolutely horrendous, and nothing shy of negligent. My son is allergic to milk and eggs. We spent the previous week at another Dreams Resort, and they were fantastic with his allergies. Throughout the week, there was not a single mistake made. At this resort, he was repeatedly served food he was allergic to, and denied foods that were safe for him. On the 5th day of our stay, I spoke to with the head of food and beverages, alberto, and told him I was afraid because staff was repeatedly making mistakes and serving him allergenic food. Alberto told me that he was going to ensure staff was aware of his allergies and they'd do better. That night, I aske…

Amazing time but good to know + Our family is just finishing up our stay at Dreams Natura. Overall, we had a really great time and would recommend it, though there are a few important things future guests should know. The Rooms & Amenities - The room was amazing and had everything we needed. We were worried the kids' sleeping area would lack privacy, but massive sliding doors cut off the noise perfectly. Both areas have their own AC. My wife loved the bathroom and also hairdryer—it has tons of power! The blackout curtains work well too. Just note there are no tea-making facilities (only coffee). You can change the TV settings to English for the kids. We did get woken up around 6:30 AM by native grackle birds and the tractors starting their daily beach cleanup. Pools, Beach, & Grounds - The resort is perfect for families; the pools, slides, and arcade rooms are excellent. However, the pool water was incredibly warm and didn't offer much refreshment. We had the preferred package gave a…

Family Trip + Our family of 5 (boys ages 6-15) spent 4 nights at Dreams Natura in two preferred club swim out suites. The staff at this resort is amazing. The entertainment staff get kids involved in various sports throughout the day. The pool team at the preferred club pool were fantastic, Roger saved me my favorite bed each day, Nancy made sure we always had drinks. The water slides and lazy river were a hit with the kids, this is why we selected this resort. The game room is really the teen lounge and is only open for other kids for two one-hour blocks throughout the day and we were usually busy with beach soccer or at dinner so could only go once, it was extremely crowded and couldn't play any of the games. This is a smaller resort which I liked, I felt comfortable letting the kids walk around by themselves. The food is terrible, the tacos at the breakfast buffet and the Italian restaurant were the only things we enjoyed. The grille by the lazy river is fine for lunch but gets re…

Our server Gabriela lizama at the pool area for drinks was also very amazing very prompt and always smiling and friendly really one of the best servers in the pool area

Great resort, great staff, etc + But you do not come to this resort for the beach...at least not this time of year. We had Ocean View and we were hit with the sargassum smell every morning! Not so pleasant! Lol it was really bad but other than that...we loved this place!

★☆☆☆☆ Deeply Disappointing Experience: Poor Service, Dreadful Food, and Overpromised Upgrades + We recently booked a 7-day family vacation at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa, taking up 4 rooms for a group of 11 people, including young kids. When we originally booked, the resort maintained a 4.7-star rating on Google Maps, but dropped to 4.0 by the time we traveled. Midway through our stay, WestJet Vacations emailed us notifying us they officially downgraded the hotel rating from 5 stars to 4.5 stars. After staying here, even 4 stars feels far too generous. Staff displayed complete indifference, and operations felt disorganized. THE PREFERRED CLUB UPGRADE: A WASTE OF MONEY We paid extra to upgrade our whole party to Preferred Club, but it was a total money trap. The only actual perk was the indoor lounge with AC. The exclusive Preferred Club pool was constantly crammed, lacked atmosphere, and was functionally identical to the standard pool next door, except it did not even have a real swim…

The best vacation! + Not only did I have an amazing trip but I got married Saturday and everything was perfect!! We had around 60 people total & everyone had a blast! The poor bar was our favorite spot to spend the day (shout out bartender Nester!!!) food was great!! We enjoyed the restaurants and of course the 24 hour coco cafe was my FAV! Also so fun being able to order room service. The slides and lazy river were also a hit!! Definitely wish they had more tubes but able to make the best of it and you can still go in lazy river without one. The zip-line too was a big hit!! The beach isn’t swimmable but with so much fun happening at the resort you don’t even notice you can’t go in the water. They work extremely hard to clean it up, out there everyday & by the weekend it looked so much better from when we first arrived! Shout out to our wedding coordinator Grace!! She was amazing! So sweet and amazing to work with! She truly made this entire experience from the planning to…

No Halal food and no option to get halal food delivered from outside + Absolutely ignorant about Muslim needs, otherwise is a decent facility and staff is cooperative and in my August 2026 stay it was quite busy so I guess its a frequented place for guests

Family vacay + ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dreams Natura — August 14–20, 2026 We recently stayed at Dreams Natura from August 14–20 with Impression Black status. This was our second stay, after visiting in December, and overall we had another fun trip with our guests. Fernando and Fernando (butlers) were terrific and really made us feel well taken care of. Javier was also amazing—he kept our drinks filled and provided great service throughout our stay. At the Preferred Pool, Roger took great care of us and got us set up daily, and Nancy was a wonderful server as well. The kids had a great time on the water slides and lazy river, and we enjoyed participating in activities like Zumba and beach volleyball. The food was overall good, and there was a nice variety of options throughout the resort. Since this was our second stay, we did notice some differences from our December visit. One of the things we especially liked last time was that the Preferred Pool was adults-only, but children are now allowed,…

I would never go back to dreams natura ever again. Ruined my cousins wedding and my experience of México + The spa − The staff made me and my family feel very uncomfortable. We felt like we were being discriminated against. Telling my family we had to be inside our room at a certain time. The food was not well cooked, alcohol and non alcohol drinks were super watered down. THE BEACH WATER WAS DISGUSTING! The beach was actually closed, the water was literally brown. They did not disclose that there was no beach, that’s a main part for my vacation. The resort is surrounded by swamp waters and there’s raccoons everywhere. Someone even said they seen a gator on the sand. The cab drivers and staff were literally extorting us over charging for everything.
